RC Test Drive!

I don't really have a fitting picture for this.
G'day, Ruby City! It's time for a meme for both testdrivers and denizens.
Been itching to test out some CR but haven't had the posts to do it? Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
- Post with your character with their name and canon on top!
- Choose a location and prompt or wait for someone else to tag.
- If you'd like, leave contact info for people to get in contact for plotting and other such shenans.
- Tag around! Make friends. Don't be afraid to chat OOC while tagging.
Locations:
- Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
- Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
- The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
- The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
- The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
- The Coffee Joint: Run by Lukas, a lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
- Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
- Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
- Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
- Inclement weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
- Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!
finas ;; hanna is not a boy's name
[Finas was never one for redemption; perhaps a long time ago, freshly cold- a fledgling in his own right, he would pray for it. Perhaps even when he watched his once was wife grow old and bitter without him, he may have begged for it. But with the many years that went by, the more he turned to stone... well, he found the idea of redemption to be just a joke, something religious people clung to in order to sleep at night. But that did not mean he did not like the scenery, the cathedral caught his interest; it was a quiet place and Finas did like quiet places.
Hands deep in his pockets he moved through the building, minding the empty pews as his footsteps echoed. Up front, that is where he eased onto one of the wooden benches, legs crossing neatly as he folds his hands in his lap. Finas wasn't here to pray, to redeem his monumental sins, no. He was here for the sweet moment of silence; who knows how long it will last after all.]
b. le café anglais
[A polite nod was given as his tea was set before him, and he does not move to touch it when the man leaves to tend to other customers. In all honesty he couldn't drink the tea, but old- very old habits die hard. Finas missed the smell and the taste, he missed having tea on English soil. But above all else... he missed the warmth it provided. Holding the teacup against his palms, the warmth only fleeting and barely something he could feel. Letting out a bit of a sigh he leans back in his seat, red eyes half lidded to give off the impression that he wasn't paying much attention.
It couldn't be farther from the truth, of course.
Another pastime Finas picked up over the years; people watching. It benefited him as a predator as well, to pick out his next meal accordingly. The café was perfect for this, whereas Casimiro preferred his victims with wine tainted blood, Finas enjoyed his with warmer and more modest tastes (although on occasion he enjoyed wining and dining some victims himself, it depended on his mood.) He wasn't particularly hungry this evening, however, so for now he was simply people watching, with no intent on having a bite.]
Allow me to just kind of sidle up right here.
Didn't think I would see you without your other half...
-casual screaming-
[She's just running in to grab a pastry or two
or 4and wow, there's a smell that cuts through tea and coffee and general warm fuzziness that comes with a cafe. It's a bit confusing at first because she knows what that smell is but a quick scan of the area reveled not the usual jerk-pire or anyone else she'd seen out and about but.... Oh, well there you go.]Hey.... It's you.
[Sorry, Finas, she doesn't remember you very much. It's been a long time for her.]
scuse me while I screech endlessly about how good your Finas is
[It's unusual for Adelaide to be in a place like this. She never much liked tea when she was alive, even when everyone around her insisted it was "what ladies did". She had tastes for stronger things, which carried over after her change. Casimiro isn't the only one who likes a little kick in his meal.
But today she's not hunting. Really she just got bored of lurking around the clock tower and the people who frequent the cafe just smell better than they do at the Black Stallion. She slips inside, her gaze flickering around the room before falling on Finas. A smile curves across her lips. It's not quite kind either.
She takes a seat across from him, her elbows on the table and her fingers entwined to rest her chin on top of them.]
It's been a while, Finas.
