G'day, Ruby City! It's time for a meme for both testdrivers and denizens.

Been itching to test out some CR but haven't had the posts to do it? Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?

Hello? [Elizabeth's voice rang through the empty cathedral. This place was... Well to be fair, any place that wasn't her tower was still strange. But even by way of Columbia this place was odd. A church she could recognize, and as such, had gone in, but to her surprise there was nothing about the Prophet or Lamb or Father Comstock anywhere. No Founding Fathers, nothing. Huh. Last thing she remembered, she'd opened a tear, but somehow it had pulled her in. Then the train, and now? Well, first things first. Explore. And then:] Hello?

I'm looking for a man named Booker DeWitt. If anyone can hear me, have you seen him? He was supposed to be my ticket outta here.

[The cathedral was not a place Enjolras found himself in often, but today he had desperately needed someplace quiet to think. The cathedral sounded like the best place for that.

Or at least it was until he heard a young woman's voice. With a small frown he turned his, watching the woman wandering down the aisle.]

Odds are your friend isn't here, mademoiselle.

[Seems like his quiet time was over.]

[Sorry, Enjolras.]

He was standing right next to me when I opened the tear. It had to have dragged him in, too. Unless-- [She sighs, moving along towards the man that spoke.]

Unless the tear closed before he got in...

[She frowns.] Where is this place, anyway? It's not any part of Columbia I've ever seen.

That would be because this isn't Columbia.

[Wherever that was.]

This is a place called Ruby City. I am afraid that you have been brought here, and unless those in charge decide, will not be leaving any time soon.

[He frowns, turning in the pew to face her.]

A tear?

Ruby City... [She repeats, tasting the words as she looks around the cathedral. WELL that explains... pretty much everything.]

Tears. They're doors, rips in the fabric of time and space. That's how I got here. I opened one, hoping to grab some medical supplies to patch Booker up, but I got pulled in. That's never happened before, not ever.

[She blinks, frowning.] We could probably use one. To get out of here. But we'd have to find it, first.
