Time for another test drive!

G'day, Ruby City! It's time for a meme for both testdrivers and denizens.
Been itching to test out some CR but haven't had the posts to do it? Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
- Post with your character with their name and canon on top!
- Choose a location and prompt or wait for someone else to tag.
- If you'd like, leave contact info for people to get in contact for plotting and other such shenans.
- Tag around! Make friends. Don't be afraid to chat OOC while tagging.
Locations:
- Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
- Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
- The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
- The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
- The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
- The Coffee Joint: Run by Lukas, a lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
- Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
- Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
- Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
- Inclement weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
- Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!
Fran Madaraki | Franken Fran
[The train doors open and a labcoat clad blonde girl emerges from them, suitcase in hand. She raises a hand over her eyes and peers around, a confused look on her face.]
Oh dear~ This doesn't seem to be my stop~
[She turns around just as the train doors close and the train begins to pull away]
Ahh!~ Wait!~
[She chases the train down the platform, but she runs out of space to run just as the train picks up speed on its departure. She stops at the edge of the platform, leaning over and panting for breath.]
Oh no~ Where am I now? I have patients to visit~
6-3 - The Coffee Joint, Rainy Day -
[The door of the shop opens briefly as Fran rushes in. She had been walking around and getting used to the layout of town when the skies opened up. The shop just happened to be the first door she ran through, but she just so happened to be getting hungry anyway, so this works out nicely.
She pulls her labcoat back down, having been using it for cover from the rain. She didn't escape completely unscathed though; rainwater drips from her blond hair and the bolts sticking out of the side of her head, and her clothing is thoroughly soaked.]

[A pale woman perches easily on a light fixture above the station platform, shading her eyes with one hand as she watches the train depart. She grins - or at least, bares her teeth - sardonically and shifts her gaze down to Fran.]
If I were you, I'd wish your patients patience. These trains are tricky, they don't seem to like letting people in...I've tried sneaking on board, but it's sneakier than I am. At least, so far.
[With eerie grace, she slips from the fixture and lands easily on both feet, brushing errant strands of strawberry-blonde hair back behind her ear.]
Pleased to meet you, anyhow. Isn't it a lovely evening?

I see~ Well maybe I can flag down the conductor on the next train~ Or is there someone in the station house?
Ah, sorry! I'm Fran Madaraki, and yes it is a very nice night~ Are you a local?

[She sketches a passable version of an old-style courtly bow, sweeping an imaginary hat out from her head, then gives you a friendly smile.]
It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Fraulein Madaraki. There may be people around the station, but as for catching another train...well...you may be stuck in this pretty little town for awhile. Care to find a bite to eat?
