And so it was that despite facing heavy academic workloads in the future, Badge decided to app a third character to Ruby City ANYWAY. Because she's nuts.

Anyway, this is Soga no Tojiko (which I suppose in modern parlance would be more like "Tojiko Soga"). She's a short-tempered but good-hearted type who can cast MASSIVE BULLET STORMS and generate lightning, and has a fascination with technology of all sorts.

She's also, er, dead. Like, 1400 years dead. A ghost, in fact, which is made obvious by the fact she has no feet.

Just in case you haven't friended me yet and wanna, my plurk is dragomorph. ...in fact, most of my personal stuff is "dragomorph." Go fig.
