Been itching to test out some CR but haven't had the posts to do it? Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?

7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.

[ What's this hot captain doing in a library of all places? Well, it started raining hard, and while he likes water, he prefers being able to choose to jump into it instead of randomly being caught in it. But he's unexpectedly quiet, trying his best not to drip all over the place.

He seems to be looking at the books, maybe trying to find some information on the place... ]

[ What a cute place. Mikoshiba's looking for a cup of tea, and though he's admittedly more used to green tea than the western sort, he seems to be enjoying a cup of milk tea. He seems rather friendly, won't you sit down and have a chat? ]

Roxy peruses the menu before buying a small lemonade, and then just so happens to rush past Mikoshiba's table, and just so happens to catch her foot on a chair and spill her drink all over the floor!
