Let's take this for a spin

G'day, Ruby City! It's time for a meme for both testdrivers and denizens.
Been itching to test out some CR but haven't had the posts to do it? Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
- Post with your character with their name and canon on top!
- Choose a location and prompt or wait for someone else to tag.
- If you'd like, leave contact info for people to get in contact for plotting and other such shenans.
- Tag around! Make friends. Don't be afraid to chat OOC while tagging.
Locations:
- Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
- Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
- The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
- The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
- The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
- The Coffee Joint: Run by Lukas, a lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
- Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
- Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
- Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
- Inclement weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
- Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!

You... you know him?
[ 'It's okay. It can't be the same Dracula... different worlds and times, remember?' she tries to tell herself. She finds, however, that it isn't helping to comfort her slowly fraying nerves. ]
Because I know him, too. Sort of...

[The Major's eyes widen in one instance before returning to their narrow state. He raises up a clenched hand, his arm shaking.]
He lives on as an all-consuming river of death, cheating mortality wherever he goes. He takes that which is not his, the blood of others, and makes it his, a part of him. He's such a despicable count, wouldn't you say?

Yes! I completely agree... that stupid, good for nothing vampire... nothing ever seems to stop him! He always comes back! That's why Jonathan and I were in Transylvania.

[He raises an index finger.]
Only a human may slay a monster. Dracula is no exception.
[Lowering his hand, the raises the other and takes a scone.]
I told you that I ate English food to remember. And what I want to continue remembering is my war with him. With Dracula.

Oh, that's right! Dracula... he went to England once, right?
[ Of course he did. Jonathan's grandfather was none other than Quincy Morris himself, the man who had helped Abraham van Helsing defeat the monster... how unfortunate that the vampire refused to stay dead. ]
That was ages ago, though. At least from my time...

[Perhaps it's time to entertain the girl with stories of that glorious war. He has no reason to hide it, after all. Not when Integra Hellsing was already present.]
It had been fifty years since I lost my first war with Dracula. I spent the next fifty years preparing. Every day, every night, every second of my being was spent in frustration and tired resignation, planning for the day I would finally have my war with him again.
And fifty years later, on that early morning after the wildfire beneath the bloody moon...
[His hand visibly clenches.]
Victory.

[ Then again, in her world there had been a prophecy -- that the castle would resurrect in 1999. Perhaps something like that had happened in his world, too? ]
I see... well, I'm certainly glad to hear that you put an end to him!
[ Little does she realize, of course. But details, really. ]
