PLOTTING POST 2.0: ELECTRIC KILLING BOOGALOO

By popular demand and also to make things easier for everyone concerned, here is a second plotting post whereby all Holy Grail War participants can plot out how and when they want to kill each other! If you'd like to have your character kill or be killed during the event, please use this space to plot to your heart's content.

As a reminder, when the time comes to actually start a thread where a death will happen, please inform either Meg or myself so that we can keep everyone else up to date with events. Happy plotting!

Hello. Just dropping in to ask which are the four safe houses you are counting there?

The Doctor and Jane Foster are setting the TARDIS up as a private kind of safe house, too, with only Jane, Sirius, Remus, Regulus, Conrad, Elizabeth and maaaaybe Bellatrix staying there, in addition to the Doctor, Clara and Jenny, starting on the 6th or 7th at the earliest.

I want to tell you that I'd prefer the TARDIS not to be eligible for the attack. The only people knowing about it are those listed above and we are going to keep it that way.

WELL, Erwin is already trying to find out the location of the safe houses by pretending to want to utilize them/offering his assistance in protecting them--when really he wants to use the information in his fight for the Grail, because he's brainwashed.

Also I was looking for something crazy he could do so his fellow Shingekis could team up to take him out, and this could be ideal!

WELL! What Hange has to contribute to this-- and I've already discussed this with you on plurk-- is that she will be keeping close tabs on Erwin from their conversation on out, but not outright go against him until she's certain. Once she sees he's attacking others, you can be sure she'll contact the others about him.


Although at the same time... she wouldn't want the others to kill him either, so. I'm wondering if she can get others to tag team against him, but tell them not to kill him. Ofc the issue is Eren and his temper at that point, which obviously she can't control at this point.

they could certainly try to disable him and take his Servant away. I know at least Jean would rather not kill Erwin so...

Yes, I was thinking that Hange would be ideal to let the others in on the information, considering what we've already set up with them! That would be awesome. I definitely want to do more with them in this event.

I am certainly up for Erwin dying, especially since I'm going to have him leave anyway, but I'm not set on the idea, so I could go either way!

Him dying of course would be MORE DRAMATIC...

All right, I'm not sure where in this thread to comment so I'll reply here again, haha. So far, my understanding of the plan is for Erwin to make his sudden surprise attack, possibly/probably with an ally attacking another safe house at the same time, then withdraw, then for the Shingekis to group/regroup and go after him? (And I am perfectly up for alterations to this plan.)

He would likely try to strike as quickly and mercilessly as possible. He also might send Link alone and avoid putting himself in physical danger initially, utilizing his Servant's strength as a shield.

But first I want to see what ideas Link's player has, of course!

Fox, my experience is that usually a tagline of THE PLAN THUS FAR etc. in the comment title helps grab attention.

Also since the discussion seems to be focusing on killing Erwin, if he sends Link solo then we'd need to know how one is connecting Link w/ being Erin's servant (UNLESS I have missed this information and people already know. It is probable.)

OH yes, I'm sure they can figure out Link is Erwin's Servant any number of ways--if nothing else, Hange is suspicious that something seems odd about Erwin following their conversation and would be observing him or asking others to, so I am 100% sure she knows, at least.

That sounds good to me! Ideally, once any of the shingekis finds out Link (and by extension, Erwin) is behind the attack, they would go over their opinions and ultimately decide that something needed to be done. (I mentioned dividing the team into distract Link+kill Erwin, but any suggestions are a-ok!)

They'll want to talk first, of course, and I can volunteer Jean for that since his Agility is very high, and he can Disengage if things get too dicey. Once words fail, then they'd initiate a full attack? Whatever works for everyone, really!

Organization wise, splitting the thread might be a really good idea - managing the action can get really difficult and confusing. I'll link you to how we ended up organizing Davesprite's send off, because we're finding that breaking stuff down into do-able chunks where there's only two or three people tagging per thread helps with getting things done faster and know who is supposed to do what

YES I would love for Jean and Erwin to talk, especially since, as you said, their opposing views are very interesting, and it would be awesome to do something with that.

Dividing up also seems like a good idea, strategically as well as making for greater ease of threading--Link is a strong Servant but Erwin is an ordinary squishy human--and I really want a 3DMG fight...

I need to read through the extant planning (and everything that's happened in the past three days sob) but I'm up for having Oz get offed!

Considering that Caren is cooperating with Waver, and that attacking a safehouse would be a pretty big infraction of the rules the church faction has itself laid down (not attacking Masters or Servants who have forfeit), it might make sense for Caren to send Oz to help with defense. That'd also be an easy way to get Mikasa involved, if Pam wants, since Claudia would definitely do the same thing wrt sending out a Servant to help if someone explained the situation to her.

Of course that's all up to what Guessy says, but that's my suggestion.
