Seriously, though, I had my doubts at first. What with the disbarring scandal and whatnot, I can't say I didn't feel conflicted...

With that out of the way, though, they were quickly cleared. It was a bit weird to make something out of the situation, but over the time I came to learn how much of an admirable person you were.

Not only are you a great caretaker to Trucy, you are also a very resourceful person. Had it not been for your work over the time, a lot of mysteries would have gone unsolved, such as Trucy being my half-sister.

It's been something that a lot of people have confirmed who've been unfortunate enough to go home and then come back: whenever anybody returns home, they immediately lose any memory of anything that happened here, and only regain it if they return to the city. Nobody's really sure what the reason is, aside from perhaps some sort of way of protecting the overall project. You also return at approximately the same point in time you left.
