1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.


2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?


3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!


4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.


5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.


6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.


7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.

Scenarios

1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.


2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.


3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

[ If there was a God, he hated humans -- that was the only opinion Mikasa had formed. No God could ever want to create such things as titans if not to kill all of humanity, though Mikasa could understand the need to have something to cling onto. She just decided to cling onto something else than faith.

She didn't really enjoy staying in the cathedral due to... previous shenanigans, but, like Setsuna, she's caught in the rain. It's not like some rain is going to kill her, but she's wearing her uniform shirt and pants, and whoever thought of making a uniform white must have a twisted sense of humour.

Mikasa's already in the church when he enters, sitting at the edge of the front row of benches, only turning her head to look at him. She doesn't say something for now, deciding to observe the other, first. ]

[He doesn't pay her any mind as he finds a seat, also near the front. If he's bothered by her observing him, it doesn't show, his stoic demeanor still in place on the surface.

He doesn't seem to acknowledge her until he takes a seat, also upfront and not far from her. At that point, he turns his head, simply staring at her, and quietly observing his observer.]

[ She observes him, from all the way as he walks from the entrance to the front, to when he sits down. Normally, she's not one to talk to strangers, but sometimes she does so to entertain herself in the city--

However, when he turns to stare back she rids off all thoughts of conversing, simply staring back instead. Mikasa watches the stranger back as if the returned stare was a challenge, and while she's not sure what she's brought herself upon she decides to just sit still and continue to stare back. ]

[It actually wasn't meant as a challenge, but if that's how she wants to take it, she can. No that he bothers to say that, or give her any indication. He just keeps looking at her, for as long as she is looking at him.

The only question is, which of them is going to blink first.]
