2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?


3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!


4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.


5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.


6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.


7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.

1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.


2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.


3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

[ A long breath escapes his lips and his entire body relaxes. He feels like some kind of stupid puppy for following him around like this, but. Batpeople are excellent at hiding and if Jason wanted to avoid Dick, it would be all too easy. Dick wouldn't be able to handle it.

As usual, he has to grasp for small talk to fill in the silence between them. ]

You said you've been here for a while. What's it like?

Fine. Until it's not, anyway.

[ He pushes his hands in his pockets. Jason will let the conversation veer for now. In all honesty, avoiding Dick is more of a pain in his ass than its really worth right now.

Also, he had responsibilities in the city. Ollying out to the woods would be a serious dick move. ]

[ It's horribly obvious Jason's not in the mood to talk. . . so he attempts to shut up. It doesn't work. ]

Told you, I haven't been here that long. But apparently, shit hits the fan on the regular. [ His face hardens. ] There was a war, I guess. Pointless, honestly, the end game wasn't even real. A lot of people died. A couple kids, too.

[ Some girl he hadn't met (L-something? Labby?) and the orange boy, Davesprite. ]

[ His eyes fall to the ground. Hearing things like that is never easy. ]

What about you? Have you been okay?

[ Dick has to be sure. He cares too much. ]

They came back. Doesn't make it better, but they came back.

We're always stressed out. It's part of our illustrious career.
