Yes we should! We just need a reason for them to speak.

NOPE, still a king. The magic of the canon she's from is that a lot of kings/emperors/etc are represented by females who took those roles.

She married Guinevere and everything, Once and Future King. IT'S A MESS but it's fun I swear.

And I'm trying to think.. Generally Arturia's really cordial and will address anyone who appears to be an authority figure for the sake of respect. At current she spends a lot of time in the police station, running it with Jason Todd and watching over some of the city kids.

Well Elsa is always polite to other royalty! She might be curious about the police force, if only for the novelty of it, since she's used to having just the palace guards.

Arturia also always makes herself known as 'Sir Pendragon' on the network, so it might be easier for Elsa to notice her as a knight. She has a post up, actually, if you wanna see if you can get in on that.

She'll also just be nice to Elsa on the virtue of her being a pretty maiden, too. CHIVALRY and all that.
