Orihime probably has a lot of clothes, as she enjoys sewing. Her profile canonically states that she likes flower prints and Asian designs the most, so she's likely got some sort of flower on her skirt. While she does seem to like long skirts and blouses or sweaters, she's also been seen running around in a t-shirt and athletic pants, or jean shorts and a hoodie. Bleach is full of revolutionary fashion. Seriously, just Google it, Kubo likes giving her plenty of things to wear on the cover art.

Chie wears nothing but nurse costumes tends to favor the same thing, no matter what the weather: bike shorts, a short skirt, and a weather-appropriate top. Her green track jacket is always present. IT IS HER BEST FRIEND.
