A new Month, a new Test drive! Happy Early April.

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?

Have no fear, a meme for you is here.

Directions:
  • Post with your character with their name and canon on top!
  • Choose a location and prompt or wait for someone else to tag.
  • If you'd like, leave contact info for people to get in contact for plotting and other such shenans.
  • Tag around! Make friends. Don't be afraid to chat OOC while tagging.

    Locations:

    1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.

    2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?

    3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!

    4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.

    5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.

    6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.

    7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.

    Scenarios

    1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.

    2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.

    3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

    4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!

    Have fun, guys!

    Yukiko Amagi | Persona 4

    [personal profile] gigglesnortpriestess 2014-04-03 01:52 am (UTC)(link)
    It was like a blur.

One moment she was running along the train platform and saying goodbye to their friend, their leader and the next she was waking up on a train pulling into a station she didn't recognize. Unsure what to do, she found herself walking off in a daze and wandering out the station and into places unknown. Where she ended up...was some kind of church. It didn't help that it was raining and she had no umbrella which meant a very wet priestess. Not to mention cold.

Yukiko shivered and pushed the door open, hoping to try and warm up a bit. And maybe figure out where she was since when she checked herself that her cellphone was gone and replaced with some kind of watch.
    linefacingforever: (Oh um... hunh.)

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-03 03:03 am (UTC)(link)
Yu muttered under his breath as he opened the door to the house they all shared next to the cathedral, having missed the sounds of the rain pouring like cats and dogs. He paused to reach toward the umbrella stand to take one, when he swore he caught a flash of red heading into the massive structure next door. His immediate thought was Mitsuru, but she was still in the house, wasn't she...?

    Maybe...

Grabbing for the umbrella forgotten, Yu ran out into the rain, covering the short distance to the cathedral and following that flash of red inside.
    gigglesnortpriestess: (i'm scared)

He wouldn't need to go that far because the girl just followed the aisle way between the pews, speaking out with a hoarse voice for anyone to hear.

    "H-Hello? Is someone here?"
    linefacingforever: (Oh really...?)

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-03 03:45 am (UTC)(link)
Like he wouldn't be able to tell who's voice that was, even if she wasn't more or less standing right in front of him..

    "Yukiko..."
    gigglesnortpriestess: (scarf)

    [personal profile] gigglesnortpriestess 2014-04-03 06:09 am (UTC)(link)
That voice...the one that she heard not too long ago called out to her. But the way it sounded to her, it was like he was expecting her to show up. Or maybe her mind was thinking too much on it, who knew either way. Yukiko turned around to reveal many different expressions: surprised to see her friend standing there because her expression clearly showed it, and cold and wet by the look of her body as she had her arms wrapped around her body, slightly shaking.

Also there was the beginning of a puddle forming at her feet but it was obvious with all the rain coming down.

    "Yu-kun...?"
linefacingforever: (I am an awesome hero.)

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-04 12:01 am (UTC)(link)
A smile slowly spread along his face as he started toward her, happy to see her again. He reached his arms out for her, not caring that she was soaking wet; one of his friends was here, and he was okay with that.
    gigglesnortpriestess: (ah!)

    [personal profile] gigglesnortpriestess 2014-04-04 03:29 am (UTC)(link)
As he hugged her, she could hear her clothes go squish at the contact. But what got to her was that he had that look on his face like he hasn't seen her in months. But that was impossible because they had just seen him get on the train after all.

"Yu-kun...where are we?" she asked quietly, warming up slightly from the other's body heat.
    linefacingforever: (Considering all the things.)

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-04 03:49 am (UTC)(link)
"This place is called Ruby City," he explained. "We were... kind of kidnapped."

Damn, this is going to be so hard to explain.

"People end up getting captured and brought here from different worlds. No one really knows how, though."
gigglesnortpriestess: (i'll go along with it....maybe)

    [personal profile] gigglesnortpriestess 2014-04-06 02:22 am (UTC)(link)
"Kind of kidnapped?" she asked, shivering slightly.

"Maybe you can explain more once we find some warmer and dry clothes?" the girl added, still not unsure about why her friend is hugging her and getting himself wet in the process.
    linefacingforever: (Longest conversation ever man.)

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-06 05:59 am (UTC)(link)
    "Oh... right."

While hugging her was great and all, probably getting over to the house and getting her warmed up was a much better idea. He kept an arm around her as he guided her back outside, making a face at the crappy weather.

"We need to run next door. Ready?"
    gigglesnortpriestess: (turn my back)

    [personal profile] gigglesnortpriestess 2014-04-06 11:49 pm (UTC)(link)
She nodded, keeping her arms wrapped around her despite the gesture not being helpful in any way shape or form.

    "R-Ready."
linefacingforever: (I am an awesome hero.)

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-07 02:41 am (UTC)(link)
He gave her an encouraging smile, giving her shoulder a squeeze, before making a dash for their house next door.
    gigglesnortpriestess: (ack!)

    [personal profile] gigglesnortpriestess 2014-04-08 04:43 am (UTC)(link)
Well, now or never. And if it meant getting some clean clothes and a warm roof over her head she will take it.

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-09 12:28 am (UTC)(link)
Yu didn't stop until he was safe under the overhang of the house, turning back to wait to help her up the stairs.
    gigglesnortpriestess: (worry)

    [personal profile] gigglesnortpriestess 2014-04-09 09:42 pm (UTC)(link)
And the stairs might be more slippery considering all the wet outside. So that meant someone was holding onto Yu like a lifeline.

    "T-Thank you..."
    linefacingforever: (Rise's half naked again...)

    [personal profile] linefacingforever 2014-04-10 12:33 am (UTC)(link)
Yu smiled faintly, pulling her inside the building where it was warm.

"Sorry, didn't know a monsoon was on the order for today," he said, trying to help her warm up.
