May Test Drive

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
Locations:
1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!
nice weather we're having. falling shoes and flying robins.
[Secure your footwear properly or kiss it goodbye.]
[There's a flash, and -- is she taking photos of him?]
Hey!
[He bristles, and the grappling gun is out and pointed up at the clock tower ledge in a flash. In a few short seconds she has an irate, ten-year-old vigilante swinging onto the railing and in her face.]
What do you think you're doing? Is that a camera?
no subject
[eep. Wow, you're really mad about all this, huh. She's shuffling the camera to go behind her back because if he's gonna throw her shoes in the river, he'll definitely probably destroy her camera and she doesn't know where she can get another one, maybe she could borrow one from a shop, but most of the shops seem pretty empty around here and-- oh, right, he's yelling at her.]
It's mine, so don't steal it! [He's totally gonna steal it and throw it off the clock tower. It'll fracture into dozens of small pieces, the film exposed and the lens cracked into splinters.]
And anyway, you looked kinda funny with that shoeprint on your forehead. [A little more low pitched.]
no subject
I know twenty-four different ways to get that camera out of your hands before you can even blink.
Delete them.
[Gotham's vigilantes are not overly fond of photographers.]
no subject
You're kind of a bully, huh?
[But she deletes the photos, all the same. She'll just get more, later.] There, see? All gone. [She shuffles it into her bag, next to the lighter and her cigarettes.] Anyway, I've gotta go get my stuff back now. [So she'll try to leave the roof and get down to the river, pronto. She loses her things all the time, so she knows it'll float on by eventually, but a head start doesn't really hurt.]
no subject
[And utterly unrepentant about it.]
If you hurry, you'll be able to grab it from the bridge. If nothing else, there's a clothing shop just east of here - get yourself something with laces.
[He throws a bratty smirk her way, and, casually, drops into the air off the railing, winging his way back to the ground.]
