Hello again, Ruby City! /o/ This is Sura here, who you might remember as the player of that one asshole Avenger who dropped a few months back. I'm happy to be here.

And while I'm not bringing that particular pain in the rear back right now, I am hauling in this guy: Forte, a character who hails from the Megaman NT Warrior manga series, one of those many Megaman spin-offs that are drifting around. Basically, think the angriest shounen rival archetype video games have to offer: and then turn that into an overly advanced A.I. with a thirst for battle and a grudge against everybody, particularly the human race. Who floats everywhere instead of walking like a normal person. (No, seriously. If I don't mention otherwise in a tag, you should assume he is probably... floating around midair the entire time.)

That's Forte~ He can also turn both of his arms into guns. Don't worry, he only likes to attack the ones strong enough to fight back.

Seeing as he's kinda overpowered when it comes to fighting AND can steal abilities from others, I have a permissions post made for him in regards to that.
