CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme
Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!
INSTRUCTIONS
♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!
♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!
♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

Sofia Sinclair | OC
CHARACTER(S): Sofia Sinclair
CURRENTLY:
→ Sofia is refraining on using her powered armor too much, and is currently taking a short trip to the forest to kill time and do some scouting. She is accompanied by a handful of friends (Gabumon, Orihime, Rosalind, Aradia, and Yuna). They're on their way now, and I am making a closed log for it soon, though if you do want in on it, let me know and I'll open a spot for you.
→ She would need to use her powers again soon for more investigating with Waver and Francis, then to another week-long cave-exploring trip out in the forests, the mountains, and back with selected individuals from her pool of positive CR. I have a vague boss-fight idea for it that I still need to take to the mods. If you want in on the cave exploration trip, let me know. The sooner the better.
→ With the threat of a few named individuals living in the city, Sofia would try her "Red armor mode" again. Basically, it makes her more powerful than normal, but only for a limited time and it's more physically demanding. But she will need some help in training her body to be able to resist the amount of power from the suit in this mode. So any form of training/exercise scenarios would be good. Learning new weapons, techniques, and maybe even sparring would be open. I get a little nervous writing fight scenes and talking about cross-canon power levels, so please let me know if you want a one-on-one training or battle scene. Do know Sofia is a powerful character used to taking down other high-tier supers and doesn't fight fair, but she isn't invincible.
→ Continuing from the previous bullet, another cause of Sofia's inability to last in her Red Mode, are due to emotional/mental blocks that cause her to panic and recall her guilt and other painful memories. This limits her physically as well, since depression can affect physical and mental performance. Her denial and running from her problems has made her nonchalant (or a jerkass to some) so far, but facades crack over time. I want to put her in a scenario where she'll get over it and start to heal.
→ On much lighter plans, I thought of Sofia throwing a house party for those in her positive CR circle just to mix things up in her boring life, but they can invite their friends too. There will be modern food made from scratch, booze (lots of it), and modern entertainment like movies and video games from Sofia's holograms. She'll need a hand in preparing for the party by the way.
→ She has video games, TV shows, and movies saved in her smartphone/computer/whateverthehell, so people could "escape" from the reality of being stuck in the city through these. A multiplayer adventure game set in space or a high-fantasy world where the characters could create custom avatars and do things they otherwise can't in the city, like quests. However, Sofia's tech has limits. It can only work if she's around.
→ Sofia's probably adopting a mackerel tabby cat. If this plan so to happen, the cat's name would be Meatball.

I'm canon blind on Doctor Who, but I know about Time Lords and that they have advanced technology. She'll be interested to learn about his civilization.

Now that's something he's happy to talk about. I bet they could bond a lot over talking about their respective civilizations. I was just peeking at her app for more info and she seems like an interesting character!

He can also come to that house party if you want. In their current thread, Sofia's already have a good first impression of him. So he counts as someone who's on her good side already.
