Hi friends, it's Jei (Mia Fey mun) and I'm here to bring you one of my favourite characters of all time: Young Neil from Scott Pilgrim!
This overgrown child can be found moping in a corner somewhere, probably. Maybe singing the most depressing Joy Division song he can think of to himself. But don't be fooled -- he wants friends, he really (really, really) does! I'll have an IC intro up for him in a few, so feel free to stop on by and say hello.
