Hello, I'm Roach. This is my first time here, and I apologize in advance for bringing this characters face and attitude in to your life.

Danny Chase is an arrogant little telekinetic know-it-all from the DC Comics universe, who has spent the majority of his life being trained as a spy by the C.B.I. (the DCU equivalent of a C.I.A. that deals more with meta-humans and super-villains). He was a very brief member of the Teen Titans, until he died in the main universe. This version of him however, comes from a one-shot AU called "The New Teen Titans: Games", that branched off from the main universe right at the time the Titans Hunt plot line would have been happening. In this universe instead of dying he's merely lost his arms. So he get's to live to annoy people for a little bit be longer, and the citizens of Ruby City are the lucky so-n-so's who get to put up with him.

all the other citizens just wish they could be as cute as one of these two.

(it's both. it can be hard to strike the perfect balance between not looking at it directly while still keeping it in your peripheral vision. it's totally worth it though.)
