July Test Drive!

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
Locations:
1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!

"Why hello there." She was completely at home with the idea of someone appearing out of nowhere, and there was warmth in ger gaze as she gestured around the station. "Would you know where I might find a payphone? Or perhaps a library or public building where I could borrow one? I need to let my husband know I am going to be late." She considered his crown and clothing and then gave a tiny curtsy. "Your highness?"
It wouldn't do to be impolite, after all.
no subject
He spread his hands helplessly. "If your husband isn't here, then you won't be able to tell him. But not to worry, time won't pass for him. If you escape from this prison, you'll return to the exact moment you left, so he won't miss you. If he is here, you can use your pocket watch to call him."
no subject
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Loki. I'm Mrs Addams." She held out a hand to shake. "I'm afraid I haven't a pocket watch, and you see I was supposed to be visiting a prison. Well no, an asylum, actually. This certainly isn't one."
no subject
"A pleasure, Mrs. Addams. I think if you search your pockets, you'll find you do have one," he said. "This may not look like a prison, but I assure you it is. You've been whisked away from your world, and the limits of this one have already been explored by myself. I'm a god, and even I haven't found a way to escape this place."
no subject
"Loki? The Loki? Why, I've heard so much about you." She beamed, genuinely pleased. "And read of course. The children do love their stories of Ragnarok. But how could this place possibly be a prison?" She examined her purse, when her hand was free to do so, and gave him another thin smile. "I'm afraid I don't have any pockets in this dress, but if this is a spell, then..."
She lifted out the strangest watch from her purse, one eyebrow raised as the lights glinted off of it. "Now, I now I didn't put this in here myself. Was there something strange about my train? I did find it terribly odd that I missed my stop so completely."
no subject
He watched her find the pocket watch, and touched the one hanging from his own belt. "I don't even remember getting on a train intentionally. How they tricked me into coming here, if that's what they did, I can't imagine. I think it was a spell that transported us onto their train, already within this strange tiny realm."
no subject
She offered him her arm, suspecting he'd understand to take it - he had proper manners, she was so glad to see. "I really have so many questions. Why hasn't anyone simply taken the train home? What do you mean this realm is tiny? And how can I call Gomez and tell him I'm all right?" She paused, and gave his hand a pat. "And how should one properly address a god? We have all sorts in the Addamses, but I'm afraid I haven't met a god. Banshees, Wyverns, Witches, Warewolves.. no gods. I'll have to take a photo later, to show the children."
no subject
"You can call me Loki. There aren't any hotels, or a morgue, but I can bring you to the graveyard if you want. Do you like to sleep in graveyards?" He cocked his head. She really did have a lot of questions. Enough that he had some difficulty deciding what to answer first. He turned his feet in the direction of the graveyard and began to walk. "It's like we're on an island. The train never goes home, and we can't leave, and there are no outside lines.."
no subject
"We're inside a train set, then? Gomez has one he loves to explode. The train circles the track, but there's only one train and it only goes one way, which is where Gomez wants it to go. And if we didn't mean to be on the train, why then someone had to put us there." She tapped a finger to her chin, thoughtful. "I don't suppose you know who?"
no subject
"Maybe we are. It's as reasonable an explanation as any. But I confess I don't yet know who it is who's taken us from our homes."
no subject
Beds with mattresses were quite acceptable, though she'd sleep terribly on a soft one. Still, at a time like this she couldn't be too terribly choosey. After all, it couldn't be worse than that terrible hotel with the singing birds in the room.
"How many are there here? Taken from their homes?"
((Now I imagine Morticia showing Loki her home. And giggle. A lot.))
no subject
"Well, you seem like the kind of person who'd keep a nice home," Loki commented, and smiled. "You don't need to buy a home, here. There's no money. If there's an empty home you like, you can just move in. But if you prefer the crypt, then I'm sure no one's going to object to you staying there."
He shrugged. "I'm not sure. A hundred or so, I'd guess."
no subject
"And a hundred, really? That's just terrible." She shook her head and moved forward, pace slower than before. "How could you possibly stand it?"
no subject
"My brother and I will get us all out of here, I have no doubt of that," he added.
