2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?

3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!

4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.

5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.

6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.

7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.


Scenarios

1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.

2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.

3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

[For a moment, Blake was about to answer her shortly until she actually saw Aradia.]

[Her mouth opened slightly as her bow twitched] Yes. It's certainly... wet.

[As usual, Aradia failed to notice anything awkward about her reaction. Instead she hopped up onto the chair next to Blake's, or more accurately onto the armrest, because using chairs properly is for losers.]

Haha, you can say that again! [She grinned brightly.] I don't think we've met? I'm Aradia.

[Aradia was so... happy. And open. And what was she? Blake looked over at her sitting on the armrest, then shook her head. In some ways, she could already see some similarities with Yang. Same openness, same sunny demeanor...]

[But alas, not same gazongas. - I mean COUGH COUGH. By now she was pretty much resigned to letting herself air-dry.]

Blake? Nice to meet you. And welcome to the city, assuming you are actually new.

[Blake's nose wrinkled at the smell, going through her mental list of ways to tell this... was Aradia a Faunus? No, no Faunus looked like that. Then what was she? In some ways, while she wanted to be left alone and not have her nose assaulted by wet, she wanted to know.]

I am. [And, instead of leaving it there, because something about this Yang-like inhuman girl spurred her to] I didn't expect the rain.

['Cause just asking her would be too easy, right? Aradia nodded and looked out the window, or more accurately at the rainwater pouring down said window.]

It's not usually this bad. It's been sunny and warm for a few months now, the rain only got intense a couple days ago.

[Way too easy. At the mention of sun and warmth, her bow twitched again. That sounded so nice right now...]

Nice welcome.

[Blake looked at the horns again. If it wasn't for the skin and the color of the horns... well, maybe she actually was a Faunus? She'd never heard of an animal like that, though.]

[... well. If she was careful, she didn't have to let Aradia know.]

What kind of Faunus are you?

Faunus? [The term sounds familiar somehow, but she doesn't remember where she heard it exactly.] I'm a troll, actually.

[Blake's eyes went back to the horns. Troll. She didn't look like any troll described before, but as she had told Ruby, life wasn't a fairy tale.]

My apologies.

[Cat curiosity took over. She had never met a troll before]

Are you the only troll here?

[Aradia shakes her head.] No, there's still a handful of us. There were more, but... [shrug] The rest got sent back. That happens from time to time, we don't really know why.

I see. [Finally, she picks her book back up. Useful information (and sad. People leaving like that...) but nothing that made her want to continue]

[Aradia, however, is not so easily deterred from conversation. After a few seconds she pipes up again.]
