Hello everyone! My name is Sheepy, here with my first character. This is Sanae Kochiya, from the bullet hell game about drinking, Touhou Project. Sanae is a nice girl who is more than a bit weird (it's endearing) who can MAKE IT RAIN among other things. Most of her powers will be relatively stripped down because, as with most Touhou characters, they aren't very fleshed out and have the potential of getting a bit out of hand fast.

She'll be moving into Apartment Building #1 on the first floor, so feel free to pester her. I should have her intro up shortly (gotta re-up my paid sob).
