Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

CHARACTER(S): Haldir of Lorien
WHO ARE THEY?: Haldir is the Elf who leads the Fellowship into Lothlorien and later provides a small army of Elves to Helms Deep to help Rohan in the time of need.
CURRENTLY: Haldir spends a lot of time working on the Elf House out in the forest, patrolling, coaxing Lord Thranduil to be more social and get out of the house, or spending time with Beleth. He always makes sure to stop by the Elf house at the city. I believe he's also teaching Gundam Elvish?

PLAYER: Tilt
CHARACTER(S): Finnian
WHO ARE THEY?: Finnian is a boy that has two very different sides to him, two personalities that are polar opposites of one another and compartmentalized from one another. The first of these is the carefree, simplistic, naive child that he appears to be most of the time. These are the moments in which he wears his heart on his sleeve and his face shows exactly what he is feeling; the times when he shows the most human emotions that he can. Finnian smiles frequently believing that the world is a wonderful place. He is very empathic and seems to sympathize with almost everyone and loves animals, showing love and acceptance easily as well as shedding tears just as easily. He is over emotional taking each expression to the extreme from his cheers to his tears, each emotion is felt and expressed a bit stronger than what you would expect; a feat matching his inhuman strength and just as uncontrollable. For all of this Finnian is a gentle boy who, while clumsy, wants to do the right thing and do the best that he can. He enjoys being outdoors, gardening (or trying to), and his friends; all due to the imprisonment for the majority of his life and constant loss of other test subjects.

This drastically changes in times of need though, or when there is a specific mission that he has to accomplish. In these times, Finnian reverts back temporarily to the mindset that he had an experimental subject; going so far as to separate the two personalities by name Finnian and Subject 12. In these times of dire need Finnian becomes serious, his smile fading to a scowl and his personality become much more rigid and serious. His playful and overemotional tone turns cold and isolated, and he abides strictly by the orders that he is following or acts in a manner to save those close to him.

CURRENTLY: Currently adjusting to the manor being in the middle of a strange city and trying to do the lawn and not break anything, as well as things Bard and Mey-rin would have been doing. Also guarding the manor from intruders and fawning over elves.
CR YOU'D LIKE: All of it.

WHO ARE THEY?: One Dead Mom Goddess of the Dead throwing constant fiestas and one Billionaire Playboy Genius Philanthropist who should be throwing fiestas but is instead sulking and not talking to his teammates. Oh and Tony has a cat, now. That's at thing.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Positive? Negative?
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'm good with anything but romance. Tony is in a kinda sorta not romance with 616 Loki that's bound to explode at some point, and La Muerte's still in love with Xibalba

PLAYER: Emily/Daisy
CHARACTER(S): Miles Edgeworth and Nagito Komaeda
WHO ARE THEY?:
Edgeworth is a prosecutor from Los Angeles in Japanifornia. He's an old-fashioned ice queen who takes himself too seriously on the outside yet has a heart of gold on the inside and truly wants to help others. His jobbies are drinking tea, playing chess and watching tokusatsu shows.

Komaeda is one of the Dangan Island kids with the SHSL talent of luck. When you first meet him, he appears to be a sweet kid but, in reality, he’s a fucking psycho who will happy do things like murder as long as it’s in the name of hope. Unfortunately, he’s also had a crappy life and is mentally ill so he really thinks that his beliefs and actions aren’t wicked. Komaeda also has abysmally low self-esteem and, deep down, is a lonely kid who wishes to be loved and respected.

CURRENTLY: Komaeda wants to learn fighting and self-defence so he’s got a post on that.

Edgeworth is planning to go on an expedition that he originally wanted to do in December and will look for fighters and investigators to accompany him. He and Gumshoe will do a post on that soon!

CR YOU'D LIKE: For Komaeda, ANY! Negative CR is almost a guarantee for him so talent people he can fawn over, people who will be grossed out by him, people who will try to keep his behaviour in line, fellow trolls, ANYTHING. I’m not ruling out real friends (he loves people with talent but doesn’t care about them as humans with feelings – he can learn to do that, if Dangan Island AU is of any indication, but it’ll take A LONG TIME to do) for him either but that will take several months’ CR for that.

For Edgeworth, positive and negative is fine. He needs friends – kids and teenagers who can annoy him or fellow snarkbuddies and intellectuals. People who will troll him mercilessly would also be great.


CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: For Komaeda, no smut. I’m reluctant to do romance with him too because, while Komaeda has a canon crush on DR2’s protagonist, any sort of romance would be guaranteed to be unhealthy. I’m willing to allow death though on a case-by-case basis because his personality allows it. Also, I’d rather not have Komaeda find out that he was a former member of SHSL Despair and had his memories of that taken away just yet. He’s bound to find out eventually and he suspects that his classmates are hiding something from him but I’d like it to be a gradual thing, especially as his personality and attitude towards his clasmates will take a huge whoooooop downhill after that.

No smut or death for Edgeworth. Nothing traumatic to the point that he cannot function either. His life was nearly destroyed because he was manipulated into wrongly thinking that he killed his own father by accident, ok? Nothing damaging to the point Komaeda is unplayable either (although I think that is going to be unlikely).

WHO ARE THEY?: A quiet, mature young girl who is... pretty much completely normal! Hobbies include art, the violin, studying, collecting plushes, and taking care of her pets.
CURRENTLY: She's going return with Conrad from a two-month stay in the catacombs soon, so it'll take her a bit of time to recover from that. Once she's able to resume her normal schedule, her usual haunts include Le Cafe Anglais, the library, and the Spiral school. She also missed her eleventh birthday while away from the city, she'll be sad about that. ): HINT HINT

CHARACTER(S): Irisviel von Einzbern (Fate/Zero; thescabbard).
WHO ARE THEY?: A homunculus created to be the vessel of the Holy Grail, an omnipotent wish-granting device awarded to the winner of the Holy Grail War. More relevantly, she's a kind mothering type with a childlike curiosity and enthusiasm about the world.
CURRENTLY: She's also coming back from some time in the catacombs, but due to a canon update, her body has begun its breakdown into the Grail; thus, most of this month will probably be spent figuring out how to keep her functioning in a human capacity. Once that's all squared away, she'll return to working at the clinic. Otherwise, she can be found at the police station, Le Cafe Anglais, or just out and about; she likes to shop around in her free time.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Always looking for kids (or anyone else, for that matter) to adopt! Otherwise, I'd love for her to make more friends.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Nothing romantic; Irisviel is basically spoken for twice over.

CURRENTLY: Aragorn was living with Elrond, so I guess he's living by himself now? But hopefully not for long. And Van is residing on the edge of the city trying to cope with everything he has been through. He will be acquiring an interesting pet soon enough.

WHO ARE THEY?: Mags is the insane, depressed, emo second son of Feanor, the guy in Tolkien who is responsible for everything that goes wrong that is not caused by Evil Overlords. No really. He's insanely loyal, a mass-murderer, the second best bard in canon... oh and did I mention insane? He's also related to like 90% of the Tolkien cast.
CURRENTLY: RIGHT NOW he is having a panic attack because his big bro, the guy he followed until said brother jumped into a volcano, is here... and is from *before all the bad stuff went down*. Apart from that, he's made friends with Beleth, offended Ciel and taught him how to manage basic chores like brushing his teeth and doing buttons via bribery with chocolate, made friends with the Phantom of the Opera via music, pointed out to Afonso the easiest way to find out if a dog belongs to him and convinced Lizzy he's Fae

WHO ARE THEY?: He is the Riddler from a parallel world, but his world is a mirror of the regular world where evil is always right and heroism is a dirty word. He's a bit reclusive, has an obsession with anything Batman, and loves technology.
CURRENTLY: Lurking around, letting people think he's the previous Eddie Nygma who was here before. He's considering taking over some of the things his previous incarnation did (like run a game shop)

CHARACTER(S): Margaretha Sorin
WHO ARE THEY?: Your resident High Priestess of Æsir worship, from a land right out of Norse Lore and all around adventurer-type. Possible yandere. She's heavily devoted to her cause and in turn is heavily devoted to helping other people now that she's been given a chance at Not Being Dead. Sometimes she gets a little twitchy, but as long as you don't mention labs and imprisonment, it should be fine.
CURRENTLY: Most of the time she can be seen around the Cathedral to offer spiritual guidance to anyone who needs a friendly ear, or - once I get to this - at the clinic, making use of her healing powers. Sometimes she might be spotted just outside the city walls, for a change of pace.
She's one of the people who will gladly go out on an adventure with others if they need help because she'd rather do that than be on the same spot all the time.
CR YOU'D LIKE: All of it, vague as it seems. Margaretha makes friends easily, but I'd like to have both positive and negative CR for her. I'm not opposed to crushes/lovers/enemies etc but I'd like to work on it with time if that's cool!

CHARACTER(S): Alice Liddell
WHO ARE THEY?: An old-timer from a couple of years ago, she's the Alice with a very sharp knife and sharper wit who just came back from a mashup of Wonderland and London. The long story made very, very short, her life is marked by a series of traumatizing events including a house fire that took her family, permanent residence at an asylum for a decade and then some very, very terrible people who were tricking her into thinking she should let go of her memories. She's kind of like a victorian superhero with a bunch of skeletons in her closet, but she's very protective once you get close. The problem is... you know. Getting close.
CURRENTLY: She's joining the Ruby City police department! As a scout and emergency response to situations. Other than that, she goes from long periods of being alone at home, to patroling the city on her own even during "free time". She's hoping to get a cat and to recover some of the confidence she was building up before she left, though it's hard to piece everything back together all at once.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Friends, enemies and frenemies - if your character is a kid, Alice will probably be protective of them. Doctors make her uncomfortable, as do some figures of authority (actually being in the police is going to be tricky to adjust to). Some casual banter and/or people who might try and help her be a bit more social would be awesome.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Romance. Sorry but it's just not happening right now. She was with someone before she left and now they're gone too; it doesn't feel like that long ago for her, so she's still dealing with that broken heart.
