Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

CHARACTER(S): Elros, Finarfin (Arafinwe), Sebastian Michaelis, Soubi Agatsuma
WHO ARE THEY?: (Tell us a little about them! This, like all sections, is completely optional.)
Elros - Is a halfelf that's decided to be mortal, Elrond's twin brother, foster son of Maglor and Maedhros, is a lot like Aragorn (or vice versa since he's Aragorn's ancestor)
Finarfin - Old elf king who is kind and generous, wise, relatively sane where it comes to his family, protective of those he cares about
Sebastian - Outwardly he's formal, always has a smile, is competent at pretty much anything. He's also a demon butler of Ciel Phantomhive, an admirer of all things cat, and can be exceptionally bloodthirsty when he feels like it.
Soubi - He's almost childish, yet can act responsibly. He's Seimei's fighter and Seimei is his god, though he'd rather still be Ritsuka's. He's an awesome artist and cook.
CURRENTLY:
Elros - He divides his time between Aragorn's house and the forest, patrolling and such with frequent rides out and about to explore.
Finarfin - He sticks mainly to the elf house by the train station, occasionally drags Glorfindel out for a ride, starting to work at the clinic.
Sebastian - He just finished teaching Rip the valuable lesson of no touchy the Phantomhive and what Ciel cares about. He's increasing his patrol of the manor grounds and nearby area, continuing his butlery duties.
Soubi - Just arrived with Seimei, still learning the city. He found Finnian and brought him home. So right now he's probably still lurking around the Phantomhive Manor, doing his best to keep an eye on Ritsuka.
CR YOU'D LIKE: ANYTHING/EVERYTHING!! Specifically though, getting Elros and Finarfin more out and about, doing things. At some point I'd love for people to be startled when they learn he's thousands of years old and looks to be in his twenties, and for Elros to be mistaken as Elrond since we've had Elrond in game.

CHARACTER: Alice Liddell
WHO ARE THEY?: The older Alice (from Wonderland, yes) with the very big knife. Actually also surprisingly caring, but people in general kind of scare her so she often keeps to herself.
CURRENTLY: With the Police Force having problems and after Rip van Winkle's attack on Ritsuka, Alice is a bit on edge - harming kids messes her up and she gets very protective. After making a public threat on Rip, she's taken to being more aware of her surroundings Just In Case, though otherwise she tries to act unaffected.
CR YOU'D LIKE: After building up some amazing positive CR, I'm glad to see she's also gathering negative one! All CR is welcome at the moment, allies or frenemies or enemies, etc.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Romance. Because she's still not over necromancer boyfriend and doesn't want to go through that again.
ANYTHING ELSE? Honestly nothing I can think of. She'll be going on a small quest to hunt for Red Caps and come back somewhat messed up (because she doesn't know how to defend herself from them, but she needs to bring back a beheaded one to the Emporium), so if anyone wants to help tend to her wounds, be my guest though she might object but shh.

PLAYER: Flame
CHARACTER(S): Kiyotaka Ishimaru and Whiz!
WHO ARE THEY?: Ishimaru is the Super High School Level Nerd Disciplinarian, Prefect, whatever translation you want to go with, a young man preoccupied with maintaining the ideals of hard work, discipline, and public morals. He's actually very compassionate and kind when you get through his intensity.

Whiz is an alien who is basically a sentient fireball trapped in a body with a lantern for a head, though he tries not to make that known. He tries to avoid interaction as much as possible, and is holding back a lot of pent up emotions, but he's willing to defend anyone who is in need of help, which is useful when you're over seven feet tall and made of red-hot metal.

CURRENTLY: After returning from the Catacombs, Ishimaru has joined the police force and has learned more of the intricacies of making friends! On the other side of things, he's also gotten involved in the situation with Ritsuka, gotten pretty traumatized, and his response to create/reform the city government has been met with mixed reactions.

Whiz has just arrived in the city, and has holed up in an secluded area of the library for now. People who come by will notice that the guy never really eats or sleeps, but he seems to be completely fine nonetheless. More recently, he's taking on the Wendigo-possesed America. More info on that situation as it develops, but his welcome here hasn't been the best.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Ishimaru is at a point where I'm pretty much open to anything! I would like him to do some more things typical of his age instead of studying all of the time, so if your character is gonna dick around engage in responsible leisure activities let me know.

Whiz is also open to anything! He needs more people to weird out. If it ever comes up, he's very good at artsy things, especially making mosaics, so if you can push him to get back into the swing of things more power to you.

CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'd prefer for Ishimaru to stay not dead for now. As for Whiz, also asking for what he looks like under his robes to stay a secret until later.

WHO ARE THEY?: A heroic mouse who travels from world to world to help others! Wields magic, a 'Keyblade', and a charming personality. Also, apparently he is a cartoon in other worlds, which still puzzles him.
CURRENTLY: After hearing about what happened to Ritsuka, he's no longer exploring as much as he used to. Instead, he takes his own patrols to 'stop bad guys' and help those who need helping. He's also uses big, open spaces to practice his magic and his sword skills.

WHO ARE THEY?: Boromir left Middle-earth and realizes there is no return for him. He was a great captain of Gondor that helped keep the city safe and also kept Middle-earth safe.

CURRENTLY: Boromir is always wandering around and he lives in an apartment by himself.

CR YOU'D LIKE: All the CR, all the uncomfortable and comfortable thoughts and situations.. deep and philosophical are my favorite!

CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I don't know? Probably dominating, powerful, controlling cr that renders Boromir powerless.. unless it was something previously plotted.

WHO ARE THEY?: 16 year old Disney princess. She's able to communicate with animals and they have a habit of following her everywhere. She has an amazing singing voice and is fond of the activity. In Ruby City she owns Briar's Roses, Herbs, and More which sells all sorts of flowers, herbs, and easy to manage fruits and vegetable plants. She lives with James Norrington and Rapunzel.
CURRENTLY: Going to the beach with James to get a handle of the ship since she's never actually seen one before. Other than that, not much.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Aurora is pretty social by herself but more friends are always more welcome!
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: No violence, thank you.

CHARACTER: Chibi Chibi (Serenity)
WHO ARE THEY?: A 4 year old who isn't actually a 4 year old but is actually well over 10,000 year old guardian of the universe who loves all creatures and being (yes, ALL of them, even the nasty ones). She disguises herself and her powers with the 4 year old form so as not to be discovered.
CURRENTLY: She is doing... nothing, actually. But she intends on fighting against the leviathan AND her birthday is in June!
CR YOU'D LIKE: All sorts! More people starting to think she's not your... average 4 year old.Serenity/Chibi Chibi is actually able to handle anything in terms of violence and what not. So anything is fine.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Outright revealing who she is

CHARACTER: Ritsuka Aoyagi
WHO ARE THEY?: 12 year old catboy who has trust issues and comes from a world where everything is summed up in "Everything is awful! Nothing is cool when you live in this world. Everything is awful! Your dreams are laaame!" So, there's that.
CURRENTLY: He LITERALLY just got severely tortured by Rip Van Winkle and is currently recovering at the Phantomhive manor. His sociopath of a brother and his 21 year old boyfriend also just showed up in game, so, you know, there's that.

Here in RC he's just a guy who builds things and is now trying to bring electricity to the city! Also not so proud cat-daddy. He loves his cat so much, but he'll never tell you that.
CURRENTLY: TRYING TO BRING YOU GUYS ELECTRICITY! He also just got canon updated to Age of Ultron and is having fun being ahead of most of his castmates on the timeline. WHO ARE THEY?:
Finnian - A lovable bubbly blonde gardener who works for Ciel Phantomhive. 'Freakishly strong' even according to vampires but has a heart of gold. Very protective of the Phantomhive manner and those that reside there, he is a boy that enjoys being outside and hates injections.

Samwise Gamgee - A lovable dusty hobbit and gardener who is tending a garden for the elves at Elf House. He believes in that which is good and right with the world and thinks that it is worth protecting and fighting for, though he'd much rather cook than fight, and really doesn't want to be turned into something unnatural. Also is gradually getting over a fear of giant spiders.

Seimei Aoyagi - He is beloved, but only by Ritsuka really. Seimei is a manipulative, secretive, and ruthless individual who really has no care for anyone in the world besides himself and Ritsuka. Sweet and charming when he wants to be, he is cruel and dangerous when angered. Seem to have a power of influence with his words and near complete control over his Fighter Soubi.

CURRENTLY:
Finnian - Blaming himself for Ritsuka's condition, refusing to rest properly and patrolling more frequently around the manor. After being knocked unconscious by Rip he was found shortly after though really just had nothing worse than a concussion. He'll be trying to fix the area that was torn up in the fight, and waiting outside of Ritsuka's room incase anyone needs anything when not patrolling.

Samwise Gamgee - He's working on the grandest of gardens around Elf house, someone pull the hobbit from the flowers.

Seimei Aoyagi - Recently arrived, recently found his brother was attacked by a mad woman, and has been barred from seeing him by a spoiled brat. As a result he intends to see to other issues and solve the problem from the other end.

CR YOU'D LIKE: I'd love some positive co-conspirator CR for Seimei, also if anyone would like to be charmed by him into believing he is a kind, generous, person who only wants what is best for his brother. Though negative CR is welcome as well.

For Sam and Finnian, I would love any CR at all with them.

WHO ARE THEY?: Natasha is a deadly assassin bad ass, SHIELD Agent (kind of) turned Avenger. She comes from Cap 2: Winter Soldier, where Bucky is still a bit of a jerk and she gets to hang out with Cap and Sam for most the movie. It was great. I haven't canon updated her yet to sad sad romance Nat yet. Might wait a month or so. Not that it will make a huge difference.
CURRENTLY: Natasha spends a lot of her time roaming and exploring. She likes to look into new places, old places, and scavenge for things one might need. She tends to hang out at Steve's or Tony's places most, but can be found at the Clock-tower often enough. Or the forests. She DID drink her vial and has a complete mind for herbology and potion/remedy making because of it. Awesome Baba Tasha mode. She might actually start doing that more...

WHO ARE THEY?: One's a spiky-haired lawyer who stands behind his clients no matter how much the odds are against him. Once's a highly intelligent schoolboy traumatized by a memory of a horrible night and its many permutations, as well as a recently picked up tendency to lucid dream. One's a coarse-mouthed 1400 year old ghost who throws lightning when she's pissed. They fight crime.
CURRENTLY:
Phoenix: At some point, he will be suggesting -- or have suggested to him -- the idea of forming a "Confidantes Club," which would be basically a group of people who have had at least one positive experience with an Overseer on either side and would be willing to serve as both sources of advice and a willing ear to them. Any information that might slip as a result would be purely optional next to basically indirectly teaching Ikaros how to be human. Beyond that, he's still baking, and keeping his ears open for new information.

Hiroshi: Has been recruited to assist with the electricity project. But a recent run-in with a Wendigo-possessed America will also result in him researching the creature and trying to find out more information about what exactly happened to Alfred. This will probably involve library and field work.

Soga no Tojiko: Has had it up to here with you fleshies and your mutilations and your murders. That said, she's still willing to teach anybody interested how to use spellcards.

WHO ARE THEY?: One of many traumatized teenagers in RC, specifically one from Murder Island, aka Super Dangan Ronpa 2. Spoilers abound. Uh, I guess you could very briefly describe him as a ridiculous chuunibyou/nerdtastic delusional boy child who claims to be an evil overlord but is actually a giant marshmallow who loves hamsters as well as basically every other fluffy animal in existence. He is kind of an asshole with dubious social skills, but he's harmless, really. Mostly.

CURRENTLY: He spends most of his time fussing over his animals at home (specifically house 7), but he does make a point of visiting pretty much every other place in and around Ruby City where there are animals, stables and forest included. He also ventures out onto the plains sometimes to visit his warg buddies. Yes. He has warg buddies. Still. They're his friends shut up. Also yeah, he's kind of a recluse. He also visits the library pretty regularly because books and also the general store for whatever-the-hell supplies he needs for his animal army.

WHO ARE THEY?: Ned is Lord Eddard Stark from A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones. He's the Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North, a stoic, honourable father of six children. He cares greatly for his children and wife, one of his youngest children being Bran, already in the city with him.
CURRENTLY: Ned has settled into the city and enjoys meeting up with people to find out why he has come to the city, like so many others. He's met the Eleventh Doctor and wishes to soon buy Bran a wooden sword, so he can practice.

WHO ARE THEY?: A Time Lord from Gallifrey, who tends to act more grumpy than his other selves. He cares a lot for those whom he protects, especially Clara, River etc. Doesn't really like hugging a great deal or people who whine a lot.
CURRENTLY: Currently met up with Clara, who's come back from her own world to reunite with the Doctor. He's pleased about that. He wants to chill with her, as well as ask questions about how and why she got brought back.

CHARACTER(S): Thorin Oakenshield
WHO ARE THEY?: A rather grumpy but heroic dwarf from Erebor, who is currently on a quest to defeat a dragon and claim back his homeland. Thorin loves a good drink, a good sword fight and believes honour is paramount.
CURRENTLY: Thorin is working in the Owl and Hound forge as he does. He's run into Ezio and talked about why assassin's don't have beards. He's also met a few new people who have arrived to the city. He enjoys banging out hot steel to take his mind off the nightmares he's been having about the dragon.

Rip: ...Currently? Healing after getting her ass handed to her by Sebastian. She's not going to be doing much, if anything considering she's missing her right arm, right eye and glasses. And completely open for being lectured ect. The best places to find her is probably going to be the theater and possibly her leather shop.

River Song: More explorations and causing mischief where she can. She's still trying to study this place in her own way and making time to spend with family and friends. She can be found anywhere around the TARDIS or around the City exploring.

Blackarachnia: Looking into setting up a private lab somewhere and gathering materials along with shoving her way into any tech related happenings in this city. She can be found around the city or in the woods. Usually in her humanoid form... for now.

CURRENTLY: Chilling in the catacombs, much to her personal dismay. Normally she'd just hanging around the city, either practicing new spells and potions in her Potions Shop or trying to make sure James Potter doesn't end up killing himself doing something incredibly stupid.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Pretty much everything. More friends, more antagonistic relationships. Someone who could mentor her in really anything, from magic to fighting to technology, would be amazing.

WHO ARE THEY?: Miles Edgeworth is a genius prosecutor from Japanifornia and a childhood friend and rival to Phoenix Wright. Despite his cold persona, Edgeworth cares a lot about his friends and will risk his life for them. He is also a closet fan of cheesy live action superhero shows.


CURRENTLY: Edgeworth is going to investigate the Ritsuka case which I need to OOCly get onto. In this month's event, he will cower from the earthquakes but when they stop he will start helping store food supplies and dragging the injured to the clinic during Leviathan.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Friends, people to troll him and enemies (if Edgeworth doesn't annoy somebody I'm playing him wrong). Also kids he can unintentionally father.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: No smut or death.

WHO ARE THEY?: A death metal rocker who's a spaz, who's been traumatized because of bad stuff happening on an island but acts like she has no trauma at all for the most part. She's a nice person for the most part if rather weird and often random.

CURRENTLY: She's still just spazzing around in general being a weirdo, trying to have fun and collecting instruments for her bandmates (she's almost done instrument collecting!). Also, she has a new babbu green fire lizard named Flugzeug that she's been taking care of.

CHARACTER(S): Dick Gumshoe | Ace Attorney | trenchdoting
WHO ARE THEY?: Gumshoe is a down-on-his-luck police detective. He's a hard worker and very friendly, but his competence levels can very dramatically. He can also be a bit of a glutton and has been taking advantage of the free food around Ruby City (especially because he's used to living in near-poverty). Also, he calls everyone 'pal'.
CURRENTLY: He hasn't been up to much specifically aside from being part of the police force and making friends around town. I have been thinking of whether or not to get him involved in the recent happenings around town, although it all seems potentially out of Gumshoe's depth.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Many kids! Friends, enemies, kids for him to big brother/dad at, maybe even ladies to form dumb crushes on. People can also call on him to investigate things... Sometimes, he comes through!
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I don't know how to smut. And I'm reluctant to involve him in especially dark plots, but run things by me if you'd like to make sure.

CHARACTER(S): Enzo Matrix | ReBoot | onthemend
WHO ARE THEY?: Enzo is a living computer sprite who is loosely around the equivalent of preteen age. He's a bit of a dorky kid but one who's eager to make friends and has been saddled with the position of being a Guardian.
CURRENTLY: I've dropped the ball with him and haven't really done anything with him since introing him, but presumably he's been exploring the city and learning the ropes with help from AndrAIa. Hopefully I'll be putting him out there more soon, and I'm open to input.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Pretty much any! It'd be nice for him to make lots of friends and pseudo-families. Negative CR could be good too, especially if there's anyone computer virus-like around.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Unsure (no shipping/smut is obvious). Just run especially dark plots by me first!

PLAYER: Riddle
CHARACTER(S): Aragorn II Elessar, Vanyel Ashkevron and Kikyo.
WHO ARE THEY?: Aragorn has been King of Gondor (a realm of Men in Middle Earth) for a year. He is fluent in Sindarin Elvish, knows some Dwarvish and is a skilled Healer. Through his connection with Elros (a distant, distant ancestor), he does have a little Elven blood in him, which makes him look much younger than his actual age (he is 90). (In reality, he will live for another 120 years or so and he will choose when he passes from the world.)

Vanyel is a Herald-Mage from Valdemar. He served the King there for many years and he has a turbulent past (which includes things like questions about sexuality, rape and mental abuse). However he died before arriving in RC when he faced an army of Dark Mages by himself. (To give you an idea of his power - none of them survived.)

And, lastly, Kikyo is a Miko/Priestess hailing from the Feudal Era in Japan. She existed in a sham of a body after being resurrected by an Ogress, but RC has fixed that. (Though she still recalls dying twice.) She is a master archer, a healer and she possess many spiritual powers.

CURRENTLY: Aragorn is trying to keep an eye on the Elves. He spends much of his time watching the network, wandering the forest and ensuring he is stocked with healing herbs. He has also taken up caring for the horses in the stable. Those he is around frequently usually have pointed ears, but he has grown to care greatly for many others in the city.

Vanyel is making a lute and brushing up on his musical gifts. He is frequently followed around by a pet Peacock named Ashke. Life is much, much simpler for him and he is grateful for it.

Kikyo tends to keep to herself - particularly when she is hunting monsters (mainly in the park). But she is friendly and she genuinely cares for the well-being of all.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Friends/Foes are welcome for all of them. I would like for Vanyel and Kikyo to develop comfortable (or maybe even affectionate) relationships with other people. It would do them good.

CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I can't think of any. I mean if I don't like where something is headed, I'll poke you and we can figure it out. :)

WHO ARE THEY?:
Dante's older twin. He spent most of his formative years around demons, so that greatly plays into the way he deals with things. Sympathy is not his strong suit.

CURRENTLY:
On Dante's couch, since he's still recovering from that whole...death thing. He may have gone on a few walks to scope out the town since he's been here, though.

CR YOU'D LIKE:
Any CR is good! Vergil isn't really known for his ability to relate to people, so I'm all up for negative CR with anyone that's lacking in that area!

CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE:
Romance, pretty much. I'm also not ultra keen on messing with his mind too much right out of the gate, since he's still having some issues in that area. I'd be up for it eventually, though!

CHARACTER(S): Byakuya Togami
WHO ARE THEY?: A certified genius, as well as a certified asshole. While very intelligent, his friendly communication skills are deficient, and he often has trouble with empathy and reading emotions. He's skilled with writing and economics--the latter of which he's trying to exercise more. At this point in time, his family is unfortunately annihilated, so that's a touchy spot to prod. He is an immediate refugee of Hope's Peak Academy, otherwise known as the Mutual Killing, where he was enrolled as the Super High School Level Scion.
CURRENTLY: Usually, he's holding down the fort at the bookstore, where he has taken up the ownership of several cats. He may also be found in the library, or sulking around the Obelisk.
CR YOU'D LIKE: While he does need more positive CR, any is fine!
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: No romantic involvement for him.
ANYTHING ELSE?: Approach with caution, and don't expect him to be open to 'childish' things.
