Heya! I'm RC, new here, along with this guy. Antoine "Trip" Triplett is coming to you from his last episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. which is something of a mindf*ck to him and probably to a certain teammate of his here.
He's a well trained agent but known to get weirded out by the strange at times. I love who Trip is but also enjoy pushing him out of his comfort level which is partly what brought us here to Ruby City. The rest of the blame falls on certain players already here. You know who you are!
I look forward to positive as well as negative cr. I'm an equal opportunity rper in both how I play and who I play with--will easily cross canonsor why join a panfandom game, I know! and very willing to accommodate other's comfort levels on how light or dark to go. My preferences are honestly a balance of everything that is rp.
Trip provides the same kind of balance. He can be down to earth yet a clown. Things can get dark in the world of SHIELD and he's been known to bring the sunshine. I'm not sure yet. Mainly, I wasn't sure if the comm allowed picking up from the TDM. I was thinking about going with Bucky, leading to Steve--leaving Trip clueless Skye was there for an epic reunion. ...but I've also been up for 36hrs now so I'm going to get some sleep before giving a firm response, if that's ok.

The comm does allow that, so we can if we want, or we can just do a new thread in your intro post. Either way I think it'll go pretty similarly so whatever works best for you is fine with me. Just let me know!

You're the 2nd or 3rd to mention 'intro post' so wondering if I need to look up if that means I should have an open log. I figured the TDM would be similar which is why Skye mun ceased to tag and I ceased to tag back.
I'm leaning to the idea of Trip not having a clue Skye was there, just going to meet with Rogers because of Barnes. Bucky's TDM would lead Trip to Steve so I'm thinking new post but what do you think?

I would say I wonder how Trip might react to having an ancient Irish hero thrown at him, but considering the world he comes from, that is going to be nothing!

As long as the Gaelic hero doesn't have the last name of Koenig with multiple twins, Trip will probably be alright. xD

'Ua Duibhne' may not be pronounced anything like it is spelled, but it is certainly not pronounced 'Koenig' so we are safe! LOL!
Besides, with Diarmuid's bad luck, one of him is more than enough to have around...

Once Trip gets settled, I look forward to him meeting Diarmuid! I don't know his canon at all but your app was a good read. Actually reminds me a lot of Trip.

I am glad you enjoyed the app. I've been playing him for a while, so I can ramble with the best of them. That is not even the longest version of the app. cries
I look forward to them getting to meet! Diarmuid runs the Spiral Training School over near the Police Station, so if nothing else perhaps that might catch Trip's attention.

I loved Trip in AoS. I can't believe he's gone. Henry will jump on Trip's IC post assuming he mentions SHIELD.

I doubt Trip will mention SHIELD until he gets his bearings in Ruby City (read=finds familiar faces) and that's not even a guarantee (given the Avengers think Coulson is dead...I really need to poke the comm and learn more of the ongoings in RC). BUT if Henry and Skye are friends then I'm sure he'll meet Trip that way.
