[August] CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

PLAYER: Tilt

CHARACTER(S): Finnian
WHO ARE THEY?: Finnian is the cheerful, happy go luckily gardener of the Phantomhive estate that has a bit of a brown thumb. He's more than happy to help out others with anything that he can but will not allow uninvited guests into the manor especially after what happened previously.
CURRENTLY: I am currently looking for anyone interested in plotting with him.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Any

CHARACTER(S): Samwise Gamgee
WHO ARE THEY?: A curious little gardener, this hobbit has a tendancy of not causing much fuss and flying beneath most people's radars. He's excellent with home repares and has something of a nice garden that he tends to with the elves.
CURRENTLY: Currently he's cooking, gardening, and has volunteered to help explore a bit towards the edge of the map.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Someone to get him into a bit of trouble.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Not interested anything romantic like since he is a married hobbit after all.

CHARACTER(S): Seimei Aoyagi
WHO ARE THEY?: The manipulative older brother of Ritsuka, he is the smiling devil who has a means of convincing people that he's a wonderful person until he's gotten what he wants from them; at which point he essentially shows just how dark he really is.
CURRENTLY: Working on getting Rip Van Winkle to be his fighter, keeping an eye on the Phantomhive household since they're essentially keeping him at arms length from Ritsuka, and trying to look like a non-threatening happy go lucky citizen of Ruby City.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Someone to manipulate and plan with, someone for him to team up with and possibly do something less than pleasant, and anything in between.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE:

CHARACTER(S): Undertaker
WHO ARE THEY?: A former shinigami, this God of Death has a facination with the human heart and soul. Plauged by curiosity at what comes after death, after the end credits and what can be made.
CURRENTLY: He has put his experiments on hold while he's here in Ruby City, but he is working on getting a shop open for custom 'funiture' which will likely just turn out to produce a lot of coffin like things for various residents.
CR YOU'D LIKE: All of it. Really he doesn't have much beyond cannon CR.

Seimei and Undertaker both love trouble and often cause quite a bit of it. I'd love to have either of them bump into her or set something horrible in motion.

I don't even know what Wanda would make of Undertaker. Might be fun to find out~
