I would say how you can function without choking on your Gryffindor righteousness, but you are downright Slytherin compared to Potter senior. So I'll just cite how you are constantly arguing with him, yet manage not to kill him.

He's...well, he's still a prat, but he's a good man overall I suppose. It's complicated. Besides, I wouldn't think self-restraint is that unfamiliar a concept for you.
