Everybody, please say hello to the newest member of the Ruby City Modsquad, our very own Fiona!

Fiona plays England / Arthur Kirkland (rule_britannia), Enoch (heavenlyscribe), Tom Marvolo Riddle (you_know_who), Dirk Strider (thepuppetmaster), and Marius Eldritch (blooded_rosary) here at Ruby City. She apparently decided that those guys weren't giving her enough to do, and accepted our invitation to come on-board and help us out with some modly things.
