Hello! I'm Claire and this is the ever stylish, calm and collected, Irving Braxiatel.
His patience has been somewhat stretched of late, given that he's finally gotten a real opportunity to get home after being attempted murdered by his own alternative universe brother, left in the middle of nowhere, hunted by bounty hunters and erased from reality by the Epoch. But hey, now he's here. Joy.
He knows the Doctor very well indeed (being his brother) but will not be telling another living soul that. Nor would you, in his position, trust me.
