Hey there Ruby City. My name is Wes and I will be bring you, the Meta Crisis Tenth Doctor from Doctor Who to the City. He will be very disoriented upon his arrival.

For those that aren't familiar, he basically grew out of the Tenth Doctor's hand when Donna Noble touched it in the TARDIS.

Ok, so I wasn't able to give you a proper intro earlier because my computer is being... well, you know how computers can be.

I'm Claire and I play Irving Braxiatel who is implied strongly to be the Doctor's brother. Due to licensing issues, it's never explicitly stated in the audios, though it is in the book he was introduced. In any event it's implied he knows him very well.

Their relationship is similar to Mycroft and Sherlock (Mycroft being the original inspiration) where Braxiatel is the government man to the Doctor's rebel. They can get on each other's nerves a bit, as brothers do, but Brax is someone that the Doctor can rely on, even if he won't approve of Brax's methods. He knows him as Thete (and gets socks from him every Christmas) and the Doctor knows him as Brax. Brax doesn't admit to the relationship (Time Lords never admit ~feelings~) but he won't deny it either.

Nice to meet ya Claire. And which book would that be? I recently started to read the New Who novels.

Aw, they sound like real bros there. Time Lords and feelings are rubbish. Of course Meta is more open with his feelings than the Doctor.

Empire of Glass. It's one of those in the wilderness years. A first Doctor adventure. Basically, One looks like a Cardinal in Venice. Braxiatel is trying to get a peace treaty set up and wants to stick the Doctor in it so as to do some negotiation. The Doctor and the cardinal get mixed up and antics ensue. Braxiatel learns never to involve the Doctor in stuff.

Yes, always a bad idea to involve the Doctor in stuff. At least he learned the hard way? Has he regenerated a few times since then?

He has. He tends towards the Miles Richardson face, though, so the Doctor would recognise him. (It gives him cover whenever he breaks the laws of Time. No one is sure which incarnation is which, therefore if he shows up where he oughtn't at that time line, it takes a bit of work to find out!) I think he went blond once, though, and that incarnation needed glasses.

Got'cha. I just didn't want to step on any toes. Interesting. Meta needs glasses. He is missing his glasses. I think he might not know him right away? He can work his way up to it since he has all of Ten's memories up to a point.

Hallo and welcome to the game! I'm Sceadu, and I play the Eighth Doctor (seen here) as well as Xemnas (letxequalnull).

Also, as a note, Eight is loosely aware of idea of 10.5's genesis (in that he grew from Ten's severed hand) thanks to a conversation with Eleven, but not that Donna was involved in the process - until it actually comes up in conversation, he might just sort of figure that 10.5 is more-or-less another aspect of 10 because that is absolutely something that happens in one of his audios.

As for me, I can be found over at draconic, for plotting/questions/just general chatting purposes.
