When he glances over at the other tables, trying to figure out where to sit, his eyes immediately fixate on the strange man who seems to have an absolutely massive appetite.
Here's the thing - Jonathan's only seen Joseph Joestar as a 67 year-old man. The features of the boy in front of him certainly look familiar, yes - but not enough to pin him as his grandson from first glance. For now, he'll simply sit at the table beside him, setting down the tea platter delicately.
He's at least learned some manners. And, just to be polite, what better way to strike up a conversation than with tea?]
