Hello, everyone! The slight delay in this edition is owed to the fact that the events gave me more trouble than I expected them to. Ideas can be attributed to our DIO player (but not blame for the delay, that's on me ;D).

The CR MEME and TEST DRIVE for February are both up, so please get on over and make use of them <3

METAPLOT INFO:
So what's going on with the city as a whole?

The Rumor War events have far-reaching consequences that aren't only restricted to the few days or weeks following their conclusions. Each event, and those NPCs whose influence over the city itself changes as a result, cause permanent alterations to the way that the city functions and its general appearance.

RW #1 = Success by Charity granted all supplies a small temporary boost, from food to gardening supplies.
RW #2 = Success by Pride rebuilt a section of the city wall, giving some permanent extra protection from the beasts roaming outside.
RW #3 = Success by Kindness temporarily calmed the fierce nature of the more violent wildlife, as well as boosting the medical supplies at the clinic. There was also a temporary increase of stock at the hardware store to assist in the rebuilding of the damaged northern section of the city.
RW # 4 = Success by Diligence gave the restocking gophers the shot in the arm needed to keep food supplies at acceptable levels over the winter.

Several of the NPCs are still mistrustful of the people residing in the city for reasons not yet revealed, but some are open to conversation and even questioning, up to a point. A number of those whom are are being cooperative are making attempts to persuade others to do the same, with varied results. The benefits of success would, of course, be that the Virtues and Vices holding stronger and more reliable abilities will be more willing to be helpful. NPCs can be contacted using the NPC contact pages, but please be patient! Some of them take longer than others to answer their watches.

A playbook for your PCs
FEBRUARY 06 - FEBRUARY 10 The Year of the Red Monkey

The weekend heralds the Chinese New Year, and the beginning of the Year of the Monkey. Ruby City has never been a place that restricts itself to the festivals of one culture alone, and this is one that simply can't be missed. Naturally, we can't just let everyone have a good time and be done with it. That would just be too easy!

Beginning with a fireworks display on the night of Saturday, February 6th, small stalls will pop up in several locations around the city, and the streets along with any houses in range will find the atmosphere around them subtly changed with red and gold decorations hung up, spanning the street and the entire height of the buildings. Lit only by glowing paper lanterns, everything in these areas will seem vaguely fuzzy... and doesn't that food just look and smell delicious? The stalls will also provide small trinkets and traditional fare of the Chinese New Year, including small fireworks, red envelopes, lanterns containing candles, and symbols of good fortune.

It isn't the food, however, that you need to be careful of. Simply setting foot in one of these peculiarly enchanted areas can prompt the start of potentially dramatic emotional, mental and even physical shifts. Please see details below, and remember(!) this is all in good fun - nothing about this is really dangerous.. right?

Each of the four festive areas is also discreetly marked with three of the twelve animals of the Chinese Zodiac. Entering one of these areas can 'mark' an individual with one of these animals, after which they cannot change it by moving to another area. The changes are subtle and may vary, depending on how long an affected person remains inside the enchanted areas and indeed when they were 'marked' (this is a pot luck and may not hit on the first visit). Starting with simple personality changes (which may enhance or directly conflict with existing traits), the effects of the Zodiac Signs can range all the way up through a complete personality overhaul, even into physical alterations related to the associated sign. These may be mild - for example, tiger stripes and claws, sharp hearing or an acute sense of smell - up to a full physical shift (please note that if this happens your character will not be able to talk!).

Finally, individuals may find that their social compatibility with others is eased or reduced, depending upon their sign and that of the other person.

NOTE: A log will be provided for your use during this event.

[BLUE ZONE] Along the road behind the Cathedral
SNAKE: The sixth animal of the Zodiac, the Snake startled the Horse out of its place to reach the emperor and win a spot. Those affected by the Snake - a powerfully sensual sign - will gain a heightened intelligence and wit and a tendency to act as if they know more about a subject than they are saying. While Snakes do not lie as a rule, they are not adverse to double-dealing and their reputation for being 'sneaky' is often well-deserved.
Ambitious, a Snake may find it hard to accept criticism and if coupled with a bad temper can be prone to lashing out.
Ox, Rooster | Tiger, Snake, Pig

DOG: The eleventh animal of the Zodiac, who could have easily made it sooner if he didn't stop for a bath. People influenced by the Dog sign will become fiercely defensive of family and friends, to the point that they will refuse to acknowledge warnings about their loved ones behaviour. They will find it easy to forgive transgressions and hard to hold grudges against friends, with their rare displays of violent anger always justified and wrongs quickly forgotten.
Dogs will find themselves good and eager listeners, always ready to give aid.
Tiger, Rabbit, Horse | Dragon, Sheep, Rooster

TIGER: The third animal of the Zodiac, the Tiger made it across the river after a difficult swim against heavy currents. Tigers may find themselves becoming short-tempered and easily riled up, not wishing to accept help in any difficulties they face. Problems with putting what they want to say into words could lead to problematic misunderstandings, even amongst good friends.
Aggressive and easily provoked, those touched by the Tiger will find it hard to relax and take things as they come.
Dragon, Horse, Dog | Ox, Rabbit, Snake, Monkey

[ORANGE ZONE] In the open space by the Train Station
ROOSTER: The tenth animal of the Zodiac, reaching the bank along with the Goat and the Monkey. People influenced by this sign may feel like they can take on the world and everything in it, but will lose sight of the smaller things and neglect personal relationships in the process. They desire praise, but behaviour that seems self-centred can often rob them of it.
Roosters do care for their friends.. when they emerge from the many things they have taken on and remember that they are there.
Ox, Dragon, Snake | Rabbit, Rooster, Dog

RAT: The first animal of the Zodiac, the rat gained his place by cheating the trusting and helpful Ox and pushing his close friend the Cat into the river. People affected by the Rat may gain a certain appeal in their interactions, but exhibit opportunistic behaviours and underhandedness in their dealings with others.
But even the Rat isn't all bad. Creative and resourceful, these people will find that ideas to solve problems will come quickly, but possibly at the expense of others that they involve in their schemes.

GOAT (SHEEP): The eighth animal of the Zodiac. Sailing on a raft with the Rooster and the Monkey, the Goat made it safely to shore with the help of friends. Those taking after the Goat will get a shot of creative talent (or an enhancement to their own), as well as a confident and noble streak that will prompt them to step in and help others when they are in trouble.
They will be generous and kind-hearted, but can also be easily upset by strangers and their stubborn nature means they will argue a case until the very end and find it difficult to accept their own faults.
Rabbit, Horse, Pig | Rat, Ox, Dog

[PINK ZONE] In the Grove
RABBIT: The fourth animal of the Zodiac, the Rabbit made it to the other side of the river by hopping over logs and rocks in the water. Individuals taking on the characteristics of the Rabbit will be gifted with a heightened instinct for recognising sincerity in others and an uncanny ability for sensing falsehood. The closer the relationship, the more easily attempts at deception are realised.
A boost in chasrisma makes them more attractive to other people. The Rabbit is a realistic and uncomplicated creature, but finds it difficult to plan ahead and is easily overwhelmed.
Dragon, Sheep, Dog, Pig | Rat, Tiger, Rooster

HORSE: The seventh animal of the Zodiac, the Horse was nudged into seventh place by a fright from the Snake. People affected by this sign will find themselves more talkative regarding any and all subjects, eager to hear opinions but not so quick to accept them if they go against already rooted prejudices.
Not short on charm, the Horse can easily make friends and love a bit of gossip.
Tiger, Sheep, Dog | Rat, Ox, Horse, Monkey

DRAGON: The fifth animal of the Zodiac. While the dragon could have easily won, the noble beast instead assisted the Rabbit into fourth place by creating a gust of wind to blow him to the bank. Dragons, like the Tigers, will find themselves becoming quick-tempered but also prone to worry about the results of their actions. Their attention to detail will be greatly heightened, but perhaps to a point of excessive fastidiousness and ignorance of the feelings of their family and friends.
They may resolutely follow tracks which ultimately lead nowhere, despite knowing that they are likely to meet failure.

[RED ZONE] Around the Observatory and park lake
MONKEY: The ninth animal of the Zodiac, sailing to shore with his companions the Rooster and the Goat. Monkeys will find their sense of humour improved and be granted an uncanny ability to make jokes. However, this confidence also comes with a kind of arrogance that can easily alienate others. Their good humour, though, can often serve to bring friends back.
Taking risks will seem more appealing, but the Monkeys' inherent good luck often brings success.
Rat, Dragon | Tiger, Horse

OX: The second animal of the Zodiac, unfairly cheated out of his place by the crafty Rat. Those taking on this sign's aspects will find themselves feeling far more honest and trusting, with any existing sharp temper calmed and softened to an urge to try and simply accept people as they are.
The Ox, though, is still a dangerous creature when angered, possessing great physical strength. Despite their good natures, it is still best to play nice.
Rat, Rabbit, Monkey | Dragon, Horse, Sheep

PIG: The twelfth and final animal of the Zodiac, the Pig made it into last place despite falling asleep on the way. Those influenced by the Pig will gain courage and independence, but on the flipside will also become trusting and naive in such a way that they will easily fall prey to tricks.
Their concern for others is genuine, but easily taken advantage of.

[ALL ZONES] Bonus!
CAT: Pushed into the river by the Rat, the Cat didn't make it to the Jade Emperor in time to be selected for a place in the Zodiac. Anyone in any of the festival zones may be unexpectedly influenced by this betrayed creature.
Those who are will experience an overwhelming feeling of loss, whether imagined, prompted by current events or related to a past event. This will be followed by anger at those around them - particularly if someone is associated with the Rat - and a potentially uncharacteristic flare of temper. While this may die down, the individual will continue to feel as if they have been cheated and will treat everyone with suspicion.
Becoming closed off and surly, those affected by the Cat are difficult to reach but open up once their trust has been gained. They will fear betrayal as if it might be around every corner, feeling devastated if they perceive it to have happened.
Rat

After the event ends, any physical changes which have been gained will be quickly shed. The mental alterations, however, will take a little more time to wear off and may need to be actively fought.

FEBRUARY 14 - FEBRUARY 16 Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is never a holiday which is left to slip by in the city. On the morning of the 14th, every resident will find a red rose left in their home, along with a chocolate or cake in a small glass box. Each of these sweet treats will seem plain until the box is opened, at which point a message will appear on the inside of the lid. This message, should the treat be touched or eaten, will grant (or afflict) a 'type' of love on the unfortunate target.

They're the person you need when you're at your worst. Your best friend or trusted family member. They are the one who will always be there for you.

Puppy love, true love, enduring love. Whatever it is, you have it with your special someone and you know they'll always love you back.

They never really saw you, but you never saw anything but them. Maybe being lovelorn doesn't suit you, but you can't help it.
❤ Obsessive All Mine, Just Me, You're Mine
They're yours. They've always been yours. Why can't they see that? You'll get them to love you, whatever it takes.
❥ Admiration Wow, Heart Throb, You're Fab
They're amazing. You don't need them to love you, you just need them to notice you're there and maybe some of their amazingness will rub off on you.

Effects can be focused on anyone, though those which require a reciprocation of affection will need to have a matching treat. People can also be put into a position to cope with multiple effects, as if the box is not opened it can be stolen or even gifted, consequence-free, to someone else.

Most, if not all of the above will require agreement from both parties, so make sure you confer with the potential object of your affections beforehand! Established relationships are not a requirement.

The sweets will stop working on the 16th of February and may be consumed safely, but it's up to you to work through the mess that getting your emotions everywhere has caused...

FEBRUARY 29 A Leap Year

Did you ever have a day when you just felt as if you were having the worst luck of your life? No? Well, you're in luck, because today is that day.

The leap year date has always been one of tradition reversals and odd superstitions, and today every law of bad luck is certainly not on your side. Murphy's Law, the Rule of Three and even other, more deadly superstitions are more true and active on this day than any other day of the year.

If it's going to happen, it will.

Weekly Weather Report

WEATHER:

Chilly but getting warmer, the snow is now all but gone with only a few small icy patches forming overnight. This is good news for the plant life, which is slowly blooming back into colour with small winter flowers such as the Nepalese paper plant, snowdrop and winter aconite.

Rain high in the mountains means that the rivers both in the north (feeding the lake) and through the city are visibly swelled and at some risk of flooding as the banks weaken. It would be wise to keep an eye on how things progress.

ANIMALS AND BESTIARY INFO:

The moderately warmer weather is making for slightly easier hunting, but not by much. That it draws people out only adds to the potential menu for the park creatures and wolf-like animals. Most sentient creatures are still sleeping through the cold, even if the dryads still watching over the forest are starting to get a little cranky.

Some birds are nesting, and now and then a dragon might be seen circling around in the mountains to the far north. Perhaps something (or someone) disturbed it?

STORES AND SUPPLIES:

All seems to be normal - the essentials, often requiring supplement from outside to make anything like a satisfying meal - and starting in the second week of the month there is an odd abundance of red-themed miscellaneous items and tasty chocolates.

CLOSING STATEMENT:

The ACTIVITY CHECK will be going up on Friday, February 5th, and please remember that you can use activity from between the 6th of December 2015 and the 5th of February 2016! It has been a time of year with a lot of commitments, and we like to make things as easy as possible.

Hammering out details in the background is still ongoing. Our first priority was to make sure that everything was back to running smoothly! There are still a couple of tweaks to be made here and there, but we are positive about our progress so far.

In the near future there may be a call-out for volunteers to take assistant/helper mod positions at various levels. We will keep you posted!

Alice (younger), Morrigan Aensland and Erik/Phantom of the Opera

Alice: will be suffering from the zodiac effects of the Goat/Sheep. She'll be getting small horns but remain human otherwise. Personality wise, her usual "let's talk about the weather bc that's a good conversation piece" filter will switch off. She'll be asking more personalized questions (or just asking someone what and/or how they're doing in general if it's someone she doesn't know). She'll also be more prone to leaving if startled. (Where normally she wouldn't leave). For the chocolates event she isn't getting a box with a message in it.

Morrigan: will be suffering from the zodiac effects of the Rabbit. She'll have ears and a tail but will remain herself otherwise. Morrigan will pay more attention to what's said, but will feel overwhelmed when at the clothing store. Don't expect her to finish any coats, sweaters, or hats while this event is going on! For the chcoolate event she'll be getting a Romance message box, focused on JW. Hide your flowers, hide your baskets. She'll be looking for both in Rose Parade levels. XD

Erik: will be suffering from the zodiac effects of the Dragon. He won't have any physical changes, but will focus on doing the most mundane "busy work" he can find, instead of focusing on his music or close CR. For the chcoolate event he'll be getting a Friendship message box. Right now it's set to be for the city in general but if you want it to be focused on your character(s), let me know!

caesar will be affected by the monkey, which means he will CHILL OUT and gain a sense of humor for a little while. thank god. idk if i will do physical effects yet, still thinkin' about it. enjoy lazy funny caesar while you can, though, y'all.

Jotaro and Reimi

ZODIAC PLOTTING:

Jotaro actually has a birthday right in the middle of the Zodiac plot (February 8th!), so I've decided to be nice to him and give him the effects of the Monkey. I'm not too sure about physical changes yet, but if you've been hoping to get CR with him that isn't hideous, this will probably be a good time to kick it off — he'll be a lot more friendly, charming, and with a much better sense of humor, so his ability to talk to people will probably skyrocket and he'll be able to hold a decent, sociable conversation without too much difficulty.

Reimi, on the other hand, is going to get the short end of the stick somewhat; she's getting a full physical transformation into the Cat, so consequently she'll be trapped voiceless as this beautiful thing for the duration. She'll have some help, though, in the form of her loyal dog Arnold, but I'd definitely like to branch out with her CR so if anybody would like to interact with and/or help out a stunningly beautiful Actual Cat™, hit me up and let's work something out!


CHOCOLATES PLOTTING:

PLEASE HIT ME UP, I LOVE SHENANIGANS LIKE THIS.

Jotaro is currently in a relationship so I'd prefer to keep any chocolatey attentions on him to be one-sided, but canonically he gets a ton of that kind of attention anyway and I'd be more than happy to help facilitate what other people are interested in doing, if anyone's looking for a target for their affections.

Reimi is single and I'd love to do something with her for this, either having someone develop a crush on her or having her end up with the dokis for someone else; my only requirement is that she's 16 so I'd prefer any interest to be age-appropriate! But definitely come at me, let's work something out!

Mickey Mouse will be affected by the Rooster. He'll be challenging people to fights, including the virtues and vices, and stubbornly trying to find a way out of this world, even if it means hurting others or himself.

Mikan Tsumiki will be affected by the Monkey. She'll suddenly have a sense of humor, and find everything amazingly funny. Even things you'd find annoying. Even things that'd make you sad.

Should we do anything with these two for the v-day thing, maybe? Was kinda toying with Admiration idea for Ibuki for a sort of weird role reversal??

Togami is getting...pretty unlucky, as usual, and recieving the effects of the Cat Zodiac. So, you might happen to see a particularly majestic beast wandering around for the event, looking very annoyed. Or, considering that most of his regular company is comprised of cats, it might not be a noticeable change at all.

Carlos is going to be affected by the Rooster, which basically means he's going to be even more work-obsessed than usual, and therefore more neglectful of himself and others. Give him a break. Literally. Please make him take a break.

As for the Valentine's event, I don't really have anything specific planned out, so I'm way open to plotting on that kind of stuff!

Jane Foster & Yuuta Matsukawa

I put some initial plans on plurk, but as I am trying to use the OOC posts a bit more, here are the finalized plans for my characters!


JANE

CHINESE ZODIAC Jane will be affected by the Snake! She'll be a little more of a know it all than usual and have a bit more of a temper too! She won't be as forgiving either.
VALENTINES She'll be getting the Family/Friendship chocolates generally focused on the whole city.
LEAP YEAR She will be losing her charts, telescopes, coffee cups, spilling coffee, have cold coffee, and nearly fall off the stars of the telescope in the observatory. She will cling for her life and realize it was only five feet.

YUUTA

CHINESE ZODIAC Yuuta will be affected by the Rabbit! He'll not be such a turtle when it comes to people, actually interact with others more, and have rabbit ears. Because I cannot resist this opportunity.
VALENTINES I would love for Yuuta to get a romantic box of ROMANTIC box of chocolates, but if no one signs up to be the object of his affections, then he will get the general friends/family one for the whole city.
LEAP YEAR He will spill his tea, break his tea mugs, run into walls and corners, and doors and will loose things.

Discord, Sans, and Inupapa

Discord will only be affected by the chocolate event, and I think I'm going to give him the Unrequited Love effect, since it's 100% out of his character and therefore will be extremely embarrassing for him. Especially when he has to explain that it was in fact out of character after the fact.

Sans is getting hazed into the RC bullshit-athon haha. FIRSTLY he's going to be affected by the Chinese Zodiac event, specifically with the Monkey effects. This isn't going to make his jokes any less frequent in the least, and as a result of being arrogant, he's going to use magic to prank people. This can range from physical bones being used in elaborate jokes or something of the sort, to him shifting gravity on people (which will only be done with OOC permission). The usual puns will come into play as well, naturally. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Sans is going to have a monkey tail. Characteristically, it's just going to be bare bones, but it'll be prehensile and strong.

Skipping over the Valentine chocolate for him.

But he is going to be affected by the Leap Year stuff. This will include losing his nested quantum physics book (mostly just embarrassing), being off his joke game to an embarrassing degree, and I'm going to have him be haunted by an adh seid because I'm an asshole and he hasn't got a clear conscience.


The Inu no Taishou will only be affected by the Leap Year event, in which the most logical catastrophe I can inflict him with is FLEAS. Yeah. You heard that right. Fleas. Aside from this, he will also be unfortunately forlorn at remembering everyone being super lovey-dovey, since he does miss his wife. Those thoughts will be very unfortunately pervasive.


If anyone has any other ideas they'd like to use my characters to springboard, or would just plain ol' like to contribute to this inane garbage I have concocted, please let me know. :3

Show Pony & Steven Universe

CHINESE NEW YEAR

Show Pony: On Saturday, Pony will be out watching the fireworks, and will definitely be going around to look at the decorations, check out the stalls, and everything that comes with the event. He will probably collect a good few items (specially fireworks) to carry back to his place. He won't be particularly wary, but he will be careful as always.
Due to the proximity between where he lives and the grove, he'll be taking on traits of the Dragon sign. He will be progressively more quick tempered, and a bit ignorant towards other people's feelings. He'll be taking on physical traits like sharp teeth and nails, small horns, and weirdly scaly skin, throughout the days. This will pretty much terrify him.

Steven: Steven will be really excited about the events. He'll definitely be going around and checking all the stalls, eating the food, getting trinkets, and playing around with what he finds. He'll be looking for people to enjoy the festivities with.
However, he'll be taking on the traits of the Cat non-sign, gradually becoming more distrusting of people, and getting a nastier temper, which will directly clash with his friendly, patient personality. He'll also get a tail, ears, sharp teeth and claws, and whiskers.


VALENTINE'S DAY

Show Pony: Pony is not particularly trusting of random food left by strangers in their home in the middle of the night, so he won't really be doing much on this front. And he probably won't really take the same kind of food from others, since he'll most probably ask the same happened to them. But feel free to rope him into any shenanigans.

Steven: He's a bit more trusting and slightly naive, so he'll be eating that cake. I'd like to do something with Family/Friends and/or Admiration.


LEAP YEAR

Show Pony: He's going to be having a bad time and hating his life a little. Not entirely sure what's going to happen to him, but general bad luck and weird clumsiness and possibly less than favorable monster spotting might be a thing.

Steven: He's going to be having some bad luck too. Nothing too severe, but I'm totally open to suggestions.

Osamu Kimizuka

Zodiac: Osamu is going to be affected by the cat or tiger. She'll be about as abrupt and abrasive as usual. Physically she won't change much since she already has ear and tail; though they main pick up stripes if she's going to be affected by the tiger.

Valentine's Day She will be giving normal chocolates to her friends. The one she receives for the event will be admiration. So she needs someone to admire.

Jonathan Joestar

Jonathan will be experiencing the zodiac effects of the Ox. Basically, most of his discernment and suspicion towards other people will be greatly reduced, leaving him a massive hunk of love and acceptance even when he shouldn't be for the duration of the event. He'll also be getting ox horns, and if you thought he couldn't be any more massive, well...congratulations, he's going to appear even more outwardly muscular. God help us.

As far as Valentines go, Jonathan is a married man, so I'd appreciate any chocolates being one-sided in nature. Still, I'd be happy to plot out anything, so come to me if you're interested!

Diarmuid Ua Duibhne (Lancer)

Chinese New Year:

Diarmuid is going to feeling the effects of the horse for this event because he tends to go to the Grove for meditating. (Yes, even when it is cold. Sometimes being a magical being comes in handy.) This means he is going to be even more chatty than usual. If you run into him, be ready to hear stories and long-winded discussions on just about anything and everything, though, if you listen intently, he will likely let you pet his pony ears if you want.


Candy Event:

Oh boy, this is going to be a mess. Current plans include he and Lisa Lisa both getting the obsessive candy which means they are going to suddenly become very obsessive about each other. At some point, Diarmuid is going to get it into his head that her family and the others from her world are 'hiding' her from him and will storm into the Joestar/Stand House demanding they stop.

Yeah, it's going to go just about as badly as you are imagining.

Leap Year:

If Diarmuid is actually still ALIVE for this, his luck actually isn't going to change. Since he always has had bad luck, this will seem like any other day to him. What are you talking about this is worse than usual? Everything is just fine...

The Girl will be under the Snake for the zodiac event. She'll get some scales and a forked tongue, just enough to freak her out. She'll become an absolute know-it-all despite not knowing all that much. Her temper will worsen too, so she might be getting into arguments if you want to come provoke her. She'll also be snatching up a lot of the small fireworks from the booths if anyone wants to set some off with her.

The Girl will not be suffering any effects from the chocolates because she's too paranoid to eat anything that just mysteriously shows up, but I'm open to her being the recipient of someone else's effects as long as they are child appropriate.

Leap Year will see her with some scraps and bruises from tripping a lot. I'm open to anything else around this time though, if you have ideas.

Afonso de Silva

Chinese New Year

Well besides getting spooked by the fireworks Afonso's going to be effected by the Tiger. He'll be getting himself some nice tiger ears and matching tail. Personality wise he's going to be a bit cranky and very tense throughout the event. There's more of a chance of him losing his temper during the course of the event, even if it might be over something little.

Leap Year

Literally going to have everything that could go wrong go wrong. He's going to be very done by the end of the day. This is about all I've thought of right now, so by the day I'll probably have more concrete plans.

Alice (older), Lisa Lisa

Alice

For the zodiac event, Alice will be a rat. This said, she might find herself in situations where she needs sneaky way to get out unscathed and I am more than happy to play out some stuff. She will have rat ears and a tail and will occasionally use her shrinking ability to be about the size of a palm. :D
For Valentine's Day she won't touch her chocolate box at all, partially because she doesn't like sweets but mainly because she thinks any mystery food handed by the city on specific days is bad news. If anyone wants an extra box, let me know!
For the Leap Year, I intend to put her through some embarrassingly bad luck, but nothing major so let me know if you wanna plan something!

Lisa Lisa

For the zodiac event, Lisa Lisa will be a tiger with minimal physical effects besides ears and very very very sharp nails. While she's usually cool and collected she'll be surprisingly prone to losing her temper and reject most acts of friendliness. She'll likely try to isolate herself, but we all know how that works in the city so.
For Valentine's Day she'll be getting obsessive treats, like Diarmuid, and they'll be directed at one another. Long story short and just to make it a little funnier she'll being doing all she can to get him to give her all of his attention and go after her. The aftermath will probably be a hot mess.
For the Leap Year, I have nothing planned for her but she's been having a hard time so I might just opt out and give her a break.

Erestor & Maglor

Because this is my year and I'm a terrible person, both Maglor & Erestor are going to wander into the Monkey zones... easy with Mags especially, who likes the lake. No physical alterations but Mags is going to be a lot more the prince than normal, and Erestor... will make jokes! Terrible, terrible, terrible ones.

Valentines Day

Erestor is spoken for, and he'll either open romance, or he won't open anything at all, allowing Glorfindel and Ecthelion plenty of room XD

Maglor will open Obessession and er. Don't try and take away his shiny. ohlookitscanon

Leap Year

nothing planned but I think I will spare poor Mags who normally has terrible luck of the "everything good ends terribly" fashion
