Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

WHO ARE THEY?: Angry blond warmonger dude who has daddy issues. Is a clone and has an IQ of around 180. Speaks in a posh British accent and loves to fly HIND D helicopters at his base in Alaska.
CURRENTLY: Currently passed out due to the flower infestation around the city. Liquid inhaled the blue one and found out it wasn't what he thought.

CHARACTER(S): Chiaki Nanami
WHO ARE THEY?: Chiaki is the SHSL Gamer who came from another world, turned into a mermaid that utilizes human energy to survive and is now here. She's a rather quiet girl most of the time to the point where she sometimes falls asleep on occasion.
CURRENTLY: Chiaki tends to frequent the arcades a lot; she's also not going to be dealing with the flower infestation but finds it rather strange that people are suddenly getting sleepy, similarly to her.
CR YOU'D LIKE: I'd like for her to have more friends in particular outside of her cast, but I'm fine with whatever.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'd currently like to avoid any romantic CR - at least, not immediately - please let me know if you'd ever want to go that route, however, and I'd be willing to work with you.
ANYTHING ELSE? Because she is from Ryslig and that touches on rather sensitive issues, I'd like to remind everyone that she has an opt out post as well as a permissions post! And for those characters who come either from a video game or have a show that turned into a game, please see this as well.

CHARACTER(S): puddinhead wilson Pannacotta Fugo
WHO ARE THEY?: Fugo is a former child prodigy turned moody teenage hitman for the Italian mafia with a murderous purple punchghost. He's pretty much constantly frazzled for a lot of reasons and absolutely deserves to be picked on for cutting holes in his already kind of tacky suit. Has like three official color palettes. (WHY!!!!!)
CURRENTLY: He's been settling into the city! Doing a lot of walks, probably spending a lot of time in the library.
CR YOU'D LIKE: GOD, ALL OF THE THINGS. But stuff that I would have particular fun with: music stuff (he's a pianist! with complicated feelings about the piano!), nerd friends, people who are up for really stupid shenanigans/bickering/arguing.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'm open to a lot of things! Although I think I'd like to avoid any sort of serious fights while he's still getting settled. And also because literally no one should want to deal with Purple Haze.

CHARACTER(S): Komaeda Nagito
WHO ARE THEY?: Super High School Level Luck/Ultimate Lucky Student/Whatever translation of the series you’re using. Komaeda is a cheerful and incredibly self-depreciating teenage boy who is very fanatical about hope.

Thanks to his experiences in Ruby City, Komaeda has slowly gone through some changes. He still despises himself, loves hope and is still unhinged but he’s quietened down a bit and starting to have a bit of faith in himself. As a result, his goals have shifted towards trying to see if he can do something important for the RC residents and feel like he means something as a result.

CURRENTLY: Komaeda usually spends time in the library. He also goes to the Spira Training School for self-defence classes so students and teachers there will probably have come across him.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Almost anything! Friends outside his cast, people he can annoy, people who can annoy him, enemies, etc.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Smut.

WHO ARE THEY?:

- England is your every day run of the mill 1100 year old anthropomorphised nation with a hot and cold temperament and a deep, deep appreciation for tea in all its forms. Except decaf. That stuff is just wrong.
- Dirk Strider is five years out of his canon and almost 21 years old, very intelligent and into robots and all that jazz. He has an attitude problem that's immediately visible to most people who talk to him, but what is also usually immediately visible is that he uses that as a cover for the fact that he actually cares a whole lot. About everything.
- The Dolorosa is a troll, and currently the only Alternian troll in the game (sad faces). She is six foot four and lives with one (1) small black cat named Michael. Despite appearances, she is very kind. Need a mom? This is who you want.
- Remus Lupin is the resident Potterverse wizard and (I believe) the only werewolf currently in the game. Quiet, unassuming, good for a game of wizard chess if you're up for it.
- Twilight Sparkle is.. well, Twilight is a pony. She is around four feet tall, purple, and has a unicorn horn and pegasus wings. Oh, and she can do magic.
- Agent Cherri Cola is a former rebel and radio DJ from the Californian desert surrounding Battery City, otherwise known as the Zones. Nearly impossible to ruffle, very spiritual, talks in complicated extended metaphors when he gets going.
- Nevan is a demon, and not a nice one. She enjoys winding people up, in whatever manner you want to take that to mean. Spent far too long as a demonic guitar stuck in Dante's closet with Alastor.

CURRENTLY:

- England spends most of his time between home and the coffee shop but has been around the city for so long that it's easy to find him anywhere that you might want to see him.
- Dirk has been in the labs a lot recently, or otherwise in the library nose-deep in books about robotics. Sometimes you can find him reading comics or actually sleeping in there. He has been trying to set up some kind of secondary electrical system for the city for a while now, and probably wouldn't mind some help.
- The Dolorosa works in the clothing store and a lot of her time is taken up with fixing anything that anyone needs to have fixed, or designing and making new clothes. Do you need new clothes? She's the lady you want to come to. She also hunts, so always has a good supply of fresh meat on hand for anyone who needs it.
- Remus Lupin runs the clinic and does his best to make sure that at least one person is there at all times. He makes potions and can dispense the odd spell if you need it.
- Twilight Sparkle can usually be found in the library, the observatory, or at home (where she seems to have acquired a large number of the library's books). If you see bright coloured flashes coming from the windows, don't worry, she's just.. doing magic stuff.
- Agent Cherri Cola is normally in and out of the record store, making use of the coffee shop or down in one of the labs tinkering with old radios. His latest project is the setting up of a radio station, of sorts, which he has been working on (on and off) with Fun Ghoul and Cecil Palmer.
- Nevan can be.. well, anywhere. She doesn't like this place at all and is usually in the house she has claimed or around the clocktower/watchtowers/wherever is quiet. The usual indicator that she is around somewhere is the presence of a large number of bats.

CR YOU'D LIKE:

Anything and everything, really! They could all use some more CR and people getting involved in the things that they do from day to day, though there would be varying levels of resistance depending on which character it was. Specifically, England could use some assistance day to day around the tea shop, Dirk would appreciate some more hands with the electricity thing he is trying to do, the Dolorosa is always available for anyone who needs a mom figure, Remus could use some more people accepting of his lycanthropy and also willing to help around the clinic, Twilight would no doubt love someone to talk magic with, Cola would appreciate spiritual types to discuss things of that nature with, and Nevan needs some people who would be willing to stir up trouble with her.

I'm also up for romance-type stuff with anyone except for England and Cola (and maybe Twilight, because that would be odd), as those two are taken. If any of them seem like the kind of character you would like to have involved in your character's stuff, then let's do it! If you're interested in a character but don't know what you want, tell me and I will see what I can come up with :D

CHARACTER(S): Byakuya Togami and Carlos (the Scientist)
WHO ARE THEY?:

Togami is a former day trader/businessman/probable member of the Illuminati who happens to run the bookstore in town! He owns a bajillion cats and a bajillion books, and likes being rude to people and reading and just generally being a huge snob. He's a bit more well-adjusted, these days!

Carlos is a big doofus who really enjoys science and science-related things. He exists outside of Space and Time and Most Real Things, so he can seem kind of...out there, at times, but he's ultimately a very nice guy who's just very enthused about his job...whatever his job actually is. He loves his boyfriend a bunch.

CURRENTLY:

Togami is trying to capitalize on all these sudden flowers, as he does most things. Currently, he's just kind of hanging out and being a recluse in his shop. He's also trying to avoid the rest of his cast, so...uh. There's that?

Carlos is doing Science, as nebulous and wonderful a concept that is. Most of this Science involves looking at things and saying "hm" a bunch, and lately, most of those things are Stands. Honestly, though, he's very excited about most things!!! Bring him something interesting to mess around with and that's, like, instant positive CR.

CR YOU'D LIKE: I want more positive stuff for Togami, and more negative stuff for Carlos. They have very polarizing personalities that make those a bit hard to get, so ;;

Okay so first off: TOGAMI AND FUGO SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE BOOK NERD FRIENDS because once fugo finds out about the bookstore, he is probably just going to start trading togami a million and one favors because he honestly can never have too many books.

second of all: reaches for carlos with incredible and menacing intent. And by that I mean Fugo is probably going to be weirded out forever by Carlos, but especially once Stand research nonsense starts up. I hope we can get to do that soon, because I'm really excited for our memes to become reality.

WHO ARE THEY?: A 14 year old girl from the Victorian era who went to Wonderland and then through the looking glass and explored both areas. She also likes exploring the city and helping at the tea shop.
CURRENTLY: Alice is about to start asking for help to study magic! When she's not doing that, she can usually be found at the tea shop, out in the city exploring, or at the library reading.

CHARACTER(S): Steven Universe (watermelogisty) and Show Pony (rollerbunny)

WHO ARE THEY?: Steven - A half human, half-alien (Gem) magical boy with super powers. He's very sweet and kind, and does his best to help others. He likes to play music, wander around, make new friends, and hang out with his friend Lion. Who is literally a big pink Lion. Steven has a bunch of powers that he hasn't really been using much, but that are mostly used for defense.

Show Pony - Killjoy, former rebel and former DJ assistant in the Zones. Known for skating across the radioactive Californian desert in his trademark skates. Fairly friendly, easy to talk to.

CURRENTLY:

Steven - As of now, Steven's is still reeling in from the different reality event, but he's doing okay. There's a few things troubling him, but he's mostly pushing them down and going on about his days. Now that the weather's getting better, he can be easily seen walking around in just about anywhere in the city, but specially in the park, near the shops, and in the arcade.

Show Pony - Pony is looking for something to keep himself busy. He's helping out with the new radio set that Cherri Cola and others are setting up. He's now moving around more and can be spotted skating through the streets and the area outside the city. He's looking to get back into some sort of scouting and/or trading business if possible.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Anything, both positive and negative. For more specific things, I'd personally like for people to make Steven show his powers, and people who share musical interests (or maybe would like to learn to play something?). If there's anyone that would like Steven's help somewhere, to give him some sort of daily activity, he's free.
People to chat and hang out with Show Pony would be great too.

CHARACTER(S): Samwise Gamgee, Seimei Aoyagi, & Undertaker
WHO ARE THEY?:
Samwise Gamgee - his_gardener - Samwise is a hobbit of modest means and a green thumb. He is a good hearted individual who likes to be able to help others and is at times a bit too curious for his own good. With a fondness for plats and gardening he often works on his own and the gardens for the elves. Also a right decent cook he'll be enjoying the added selection of groceries that will be coming in.

Seimei Aoyagi - beloved_one - Still biding his time, Seimei may appear to be polite and kind, however, in reality he is still calculating and trying to figure out what he wants from the city as well as how to deal with the number of in the city who seem to be rather difficult given the strength of his current fighter. He is manipulative but doesn't lie, and believes his word to be absolute. The rest of you are simply beneath him and the only people who matter are himself and Ritsuka who has now left and caused him some dismay.

Undertaker - beautyindeath - Undertaker is a deserted, a former shinigami who left his post to persue his own passions and conduct experiments on just what comes after 'the end'. He is intrigued by the city's apparent defeat over death and is trying to unlock its secret for his own experiments and to improve his own bizare dolls. Undertaker enjoys a good laugh and holds it to be the best currency and one of the more important things in life. There is still quite a bit of fondness and loyalty to the phantomhive household, though he's not quite the loyal hound that the butler is; really more of a questionable ally.

CURRENTLY: All of them have just returned from an unsuspected trip tot he catacombs.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Sam needs more people to talk plants with as well as to cook for. Seimei needs a bit of everything, and Undertaker needs people to interest him.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'm up for anything and everything.
