September CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Osamu Kimizuka
WHO ARE THEY?: Kimizuka is a stubborn teenage girl, one who is rather independent and not the most sociable in the world. She is more than happy to stick with taking pictures of still life than people, insisting that people always put on fake smiles that don't look natural. She can be rather blunt but at the same point does have a soft spot for others.
CURRENTLY: Currently she's recovering from what happened during the strangers event. She'll probably revisit the wall a few times to look at where she marked over and tried to erase her name from it entirely. Other than that she'll have been staying home or occasionally sneaking off to the lake and waterfall.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Any, I'd love to continue building her current CR and expanding to make new CR.

TC - Show Pony & Steven Universe

WHO ARE THEY?: Show Pony is a Killjoy - a desert dwelling rebel in the futuristic post apocalyptic land of California that is now mostly desert. The Killjoys are a group of desert runners that oppose the tyranny of Better Living Industries, or BL/i, a corporation that controls Battery City - a single futuristic city in the middle of the desert - and its citizens. He was know as Dj Doctor Death Defying's assistant, and had a connection to the Fabulous Four, a well known group of Killjoys that were involved in some very big plans to take down BL/I.
Pony here was also in a previous game for about a year, full of horror, mindfuckery and generaly traumatizing events, which still affect him. He's been in ruby city for about a year now.

Steven Quartz Universe is a half human, half Gem (sentient alien gemstones, basically) boy, who is very sweet, caring and kind. Back in his world, he lives in Beach City, a...usually quiet sleepy little beach town, where he knows practically everyone and is friends with most people. He lives in a house in the beach, attached to a (somehow) overlooked magical temple where the Crystal Gems live. The Crystal Gems, which he is a part of, is a group of Gem warriors that protect planet Earth against threats, including the forces of the Gem Homeworld, which seeked to use Earth as a colony where they could create more Gems, until they were opposed by warrior Rose Quartz, creator and leader of the Crystal Gems. After the war between the Crystal Gems and the Homeworld, thousands of years ago, the Crystal Gems lived on Earth and continued to work to protect it. Rose Quartz, having fallen in love with a human and wanting to create life herself, gave up her physical form so that Steven could be born.
A lot of stuff has happened in Steven's life, including a lot of intense, overwhelming situations.
Steven has been in Ruby City for about 11 months, and has recently come back from a big canon review.

CURRENTLY: Show Pony has currently taken up regular scouting (usually at dawn or morning), skating around the city for threats and new things (and partly just to move around more). He's also offered himself to do delivery services for people if needed, though he's mostly let that go due to lack of response and the city's small size.
He and the Girl are also in the process of organizing a music party, and are looking for entertainers.

Steven is dealing with some complex emotions, including having come back from a trip to the catacombs, overwhelming events that happened while he was back home, and having turned into a Stranger before all of this. He's bound to not share any of this and simply play it off, but homesickness is on an all-time high.
Regardless, he can be seen walking around and spending time with Lion,a big...pink male lion.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Any! I'm specially looking for CR for Pony, since I struggle more with him. But literally any kind of CR, positive or negative, is good.

CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'm not looking for outright romance for any of the characters. Something innocent is fine, but it'll be one sided!

Hattie | The Girl

CHARACTER(S): "The Girl"|kidjoy|Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys

WHO ARE THEY?: The Girl is a nameless child living in a post apocalyptic universe in which humans sort of ruined everything with bombs and now Japanese dictator/company took over what was left of California. The people of the city are mind controlled and the people of the desert are Mad Max-ish rebels. The Girl lived with a group of rebels known as the Killjoys up until they all died horribly in front of her. Because oops the company really wants her out of commission since she has super powers and kind of could break the city's mind control. Except she doesn't know about that yet.

CURRENTLY: The Girl has been in game for a little over half a year and is currently living with her cast mates in Pony/Cherri's house. She recently fought with Ghoul over canon nonsense and she's 100% not over being traumatized but pretending that she is because talking about your feelings is hard.

She and Pony are planning a musical party and she's been looking for people to commit to it. Otherwise, she's been doing a lot of wandering the city limits looking for ways to entertain herself and wants to start traveling outside of the city to explore. She could use some company for that.

CR YOU'D LIKE:

-I'd love CR for her with any character under 16-ish? She didn't have the opportunity to connect with other kids in canon and while I'm happy with the child friends she's already made, I'm always looking for more. Enough kids and maybe they can organize some city wide games. Hide and seek? Some kind of improvised paint ball tournament? Capture the flag?

-Adults who don't mind mentoring a kid/having a child follow them around, asking too many questions. She's used to spending her time around adults and she's used t those adults being nice and indulging her.

-People who do mind the brat aka same negative CR. She's an argumentative little thing and can be rough around the edges. I love a little friction, so if you want to argue with a child, she's your target.

CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Anything age inappropriate? I'm cool with kiddie crushes and the like, but she's far too young for a full on romance, ect. Also anything too dark or violent. Her canon certainly has it's moments but I'm not looking to get her murdered, seriously injured, or adding too much more trauma.

CHARACTER(S): Afonso de Silva and Fun Ghoul
WHO ARE THEY?:
Afonso is a young man who hails from a steampunk universe and was formally a soldier before losing his right leg from the knee down while serving in something called the Air Wars... Which is basically like his worlds equivalent to our WWI. Back home he was teaching the children in his town as well as living with his husband! He actually originally came to Ruby City when he was still a student but got his own canon update despite being a silly OC.

Fun Ghoul is from a dystopian world where a company called Better Living or BLI controls a city called Battery City located in what's left of California. The residents of the city are controlled by them - from mom's being replaced for kids breaking curfew to emotion controlling drugs. Those that have escaped the city/rebel against BLI are referred to as killjoys and have taken refuge in the Zones, aka the deserts that surround the city. Ghoul was a part of a very well known group called the Fabulous Killjoys who protected the Girl. However he and the other the other three members of the group were killed by Better Living when they went to rescue the Girl after she was captured. Oops.

CURRENTLY:
Afonso normally hangs out around Spiral School or wandering through the park with his Great Dane Rocky, the most friendliest dog on the planet. Currently he's just... Dealing with things? He's been having a lot of issues with his nightmares which are only going to get worse thanks to the first event of this month. He's also teachin' a couple people things like math and science.

Fun Ghoul spends most of his time wandering around the city because he's still not used to having an actual house to live in. He's also denying having any issues because he does not want to bother the Girl, Cola and Pony. Honestly he's just trying to do his best right now, and probably going to get into some sort of mischief because that's just what he does.

CR YOU'D LIKE: I'm open to just about any kind of CR for my guys! I'd love just building their CR whether it's positive and/or negative.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Uuuh I guess probably romantic CR for Afonso given he's married? Unless it's like a harmless crush? I donno.
ANYTHING ELSE? I'll be going on hiatus from the 9/10 to 9/13! I also have my event plotting post thingy right here if anyone wants to do somethin' with that!
