September CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme
Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!
INSTRUCTIONS
♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!
♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!
♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.
♠ Have fun!

lucy goosey
WHO ARE THEY?: Lucy is a 14-year-old girl from 19th-century America - Oklahoma originally, but pretty much everyone since then. She's had a pretty terrible life; her mom died young, her dad was going to sell her to the mafia to pay off his debts, she got married to a middle-aged dude, and then the president kidnapped her. Overall, she is a hard worker with a big heart but very low self-worth and needs a major nap.
CURRENTLY: Lucy largely keeps to herself - something that I'd like to change! She tends to stick around quiet, calm places, like the library and the bookshop. She tries to keep herself busy generally by running errands for people she likes and trying to keep the library ghosts from being so noisy.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Any kind of positive CR is the ideal! Probably once Lucy has been here for longer I'll be more open to negative cr, but she has just come from a really terrible time, so positive or neutral/mixed CR is what I'd prefer right now. Friends her own age would be REALLY COOL because she literally had no friends at home. Good times.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Nothing very negative, no one who will threaten her, nothing romantic. She is fourteen and Tired. Otherwise, hit me up!

WHO ARE THEY?: Giorno is a (currently 17-year-old) mafioso who runs the Neapolitan mafia back home and super misses it. He has been here for a year this past month and is pretty acclimatized to the city now, even if he still doesn't wanna be here.
CURRENTLY: Giorno is happiest when he's doing a lot all the time, so that's what he generally does! He runs the coffee shop, so he can most often be seen there, and he's going to do some remodeling there soon because: mostly he's just bored. He is also learning to sew, so he will often sit out in the park on good weather days, sometimes with his giant dog Danny and his tiny gold fire lizard Susan Bazooka (he named neither of these creatures). Finally, he can often be found in nature, especially at the beaches, poking at animals in whatever way they'll allow him to poke.
CR YOU'D LIKE: I'm open to anything! He has a good mix of CR right now, so there's not anything I'm really craving, although he would ICly probably appreciate more people he can talk to in a serious/intellectual way about things like ethics. Everyone's favorite thing to RP, I know.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I caaaan't think of any no-nos for him.

WHO ARE THEY?: A shitty dead Italian dude who loves bubbles, fighting, food, and being tsundere.
CURRENTLY: Okay my main objective for Caesar right now other than love yourself is GET A JOB, so that's in the cards soonishly, but-- in the meantime! Most of his day is occupied with Hamon training, which he does in different open spaces around town, basically just rotating in an effort to challenge himself. Otherwise he's mostly a hermit but can be found in the poetry section of the library, what a nerd.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Really anything - positive CR is slightly preferred right now, especially CR with people who are able to make him act his age a little (Caesar you are a young adult not a grandpa).
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Nope, I'm flexible!

WHO ARE THEY?: Cecil is a Public Radio Professional (not that professional) from Night Vale who is super used to weird and terrifying things but often totally unprepared for day to day happenings. He loves his ＢＯＹＦＲＩＥＮＤ， ＣＡＲＬＯＳ， ＴＨＥ ＳＣＩＥＮＴＩＳＴ, but also generally being an intrusive weirdo. Also cats.
CURRENTLY: Currently Cecil is working on getting Ruby City Community Radio set up! I am hoping to get both IC and OOC announcement posts up for that later this evening, but I'm hoping it'll be a regular feature and way to get in touch with him at least once a month. Other than that, he is mostly being cute and domestic, and I want to get him nosing into people's business more often, too.
CR YOU'D LIKE: All of it! All kinds. Especially interested in people who can bring out his pettier side, but I am quite flexible.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Nothing really!
