[October] CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Elrond
WHO ARE THEY?: He's a wise ageless half-elven lord who's been tossed into another world before coming to Ruby. But he's also very kind, just with a subtle sense of humor and is a very skilled healer (among other things).
CURRENTLY: Getting to know his dad (Earendil), pestering his foster fathers (Maglor and Maedhros), sweeping his wife off her feet (Celebrian), aaaand basically learning about the city. Also working on shoring up the Clinic's supplies.

CHARACTER(S):
Osamu Kimizuka from Loveless
Elizabeth Midford from Black Butler
WHO ARE THEY?:
Osamu is a very independent girl who is very outspoken and frank about a number of things. She had an interest in photography and is not very social believing that most people pretend to be something that they are not. She doesn't expect a lot and is pretty level headed and smart.

Lizzy on the other hand is a very loud and emotional girl that is a bit on the spoiled side. The daughter of a prestigious family and future wife of one Ciel Phantomhive she can be very head strong but very childish at the same time. However, despite her very energetic and childish mannerisms she is certain capable of taking care of herself if necessary.

CURRENTLY:
Osamu is currently just spending time at home with Aqua and hanging out with Nadeshiko/Nagihiko in her free time.

Lizzie is still settling in and enjoyed getting to meet a few people at the party. She will likely try to convince Ciel to host a Halloween one and might eventually start looking for someone to secretly train with at swords.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Any really, I would love for someone to become an overprotective brother figure for Lizzy though.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'm game for anything. \o/

WHO ARE THEY?: Wizard/PI with maximum snarktitude and pop culture quipping
CURRENTLY: Harry's still getting settled in, along with his dogasaurus, Mouse. He's also going to try and help Jane with the Aether.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Getting to know more people! And possibly getting to do some badass magic stuff.

PLAYER: Riddle
CHARACTER(S): Sansa Stark, Aragorn II Elessar, Eärendil Ardamírë & Joker!
WHO ARE THEY?: Sansa is a lovely young woman from Westeros who has grown up A LOT in the city. She is currently the foster daughter of Maedhros (and thus the foster niece of Maglor).

Aragorn too has grown and changed in the city. He's from Minas Tirith where he is the King of Gondor. He was created by Tolkien, so expect a long backstory (which I would happy to tell you about if you like).

Eärendil is Aragorn's great-great-great-great-great etc. etc. grandfather. He's a mariner and he spent the majority of his time in the city as a small Prince. Now he is grown, however, and enjoying getting to know his son, Elrond.

Joker is from Victorian London and he was a Ringmaster for a circus called Noah's Ark. Despite his history, he is a very nice fellow and always open and willing to help someone smile/laugh.
CR YOU'D LIKE: I'm open for friends/allies and enemies for any/all of them. I'd love for Sansa, Aragorn and Eärendil to sort of...expand...their city family. But I'm also down for them butting heads with your character(s).

CHARACTER(S): Afonso de Silva and Fun Ghoul
WHO ARE THEY?:
Afonso is a young man who hails from a steampunk universe and was formally a soldier before losing his right leg from the knee down while serving in something called the Air Wars... Which is basically like his worlds equivalent to our WWI. Back home he was teaching the children in his town as well as living with his husband! He actually originally came to Ruby City when he was still a student but got his own canon update despite being a silly OC.

Fun Ghoul is from a dystopian world where a company called Better Living or BLI controls a city called Battery City located in what's left of California. The residents of the city are controlled by them - from mom's being replaced for kids breaking curfew to emotion controlling drugs. Those that have escaped the city/rebel against BLI are referred to as killjoys and have taken refuge in the Zones, aka the deserts that surround the city. Ghoul was a part of a very well known group called the Fabulous Killjoys who protected the Girl. However he and the other the other three members of the group were killed by Better Living when they went to rescue the Girl after she was captured. Oops.

CURRENTLY:
Afonso has been hanging out at Spiral School or walking around with his dog. He's still a little shaken up thanks to the dream event from last month (because who wanted people to see your nightmares or things you didn't want people to know about?) but he's not hermit-ing at least. He'll be making a post trying to contact Chassie soon using the music box! I don't have much planned with him for the events or anything really! So if you want to do something with him please let me know! I'm game for anythin'.

Fun Ghoul spends most of his time wandering around the city or hanging in the killjoy house. He's really not used to that though. He will be getting into an argument with the Girl and Cola soon, so he'll actually be wandering around the city crashing at random unoccupied places until he either makes up with them or decides to crash at the restaurant across from the Grove that was formally the Midnite Bite. For the Halloween events he 100% is going to have an Atomic Fireball, maybe some other candies and miight going into the Haunted House. But I'm open to plotting fun things to do this month!

CR YOU'D LIKE: Anything and everything! Positive or negative it's all good. I think the only thing is...
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Romance for Afonso! But mostly cause he's married back home. However harmless crushes or flirting to make him flail awkwardly is totally welcome.

CHARACTER(S): Psycho Mantis
WHO ARE THEY?: He's tall, his face is a mess, so's his personality, and he's currently pissed off after Liquid got shuffled home. He's the bitter twig-man from MGS that you know and love.
CURRENTLY: Mantis can usually be found brooding at home, pilfering the library of it's books, or wandering through nature. He also likes to drink and has gotten fond of a heavy wine a certain elf introduced him to.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Anything at all! This man needs more friends and people who force him to leave the house.
