THE RAINBOW MOON HEARTS MEME ATTACK

1. You have to post a blank comment for your character to play.
2. Reply to others with the hearts that represent how your character feels about their character. This can be IC or OOC.
3. There's no hovertext in this version because fuck that. So customize the text included in the code if you wish instead!
4. Have fun and be yourself, my special snowflakes!!!!!

"I love you, or could fall in love with you."

"You're my family."

"I would kill for you, or sacrifice myself for you."

"I would like to/have enjoyed kissing you."

"I would like to/have enjoyed having sex with you."

"I would date you."

"I would flirt with you/have flirted with you."

"I would hug you, or hold your hand."

"I respect you."

"I would spend time, have fun, or be friends with you."

"You are my friend."

"I would rescue you or fight by your side."

"WTF I don't even?! You confuse me!"

"You amuse me."

"I'd like to get to know you better."

"I would tease and/or make fun of you."

"You frustrate or annoy me."

"You frighten or unsettle me."

"I would use/manipulate you."

"I would physically or emotionally hurt you."

"I would kill you."

Your Thor do the whole turn into a crippled mortal doctor thing?
bifroster: (while you were looking)

[personal profile] bifroster 2016-12-27 04:33 pm (UTC)(link)
[She snorts.]

No, he got turned mortal and then was sent down to Earth to redeem himself, I guess. That was when I ran him over first. I was chasing the cosmic storm his arrival made.

[Now she knows that it was Odin making a wormhole. She never got a chance to ask him about how all that worked, but he likely wouldn't even humor her.]

[personal profile] in_the_book 2016-12-29 02:30 am (UTC)(link)
[This gets a laugh out of him.]

Huh. Same scheme, different plan. Go fig.
bifroster: (we're just trying to find some meaning)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-01 01:06 am (UTC)(link)
[She laughed.]

Really? Well, he took a shorter route. Medical school takes nearly ten years!
in_the_book: (Grin)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-01 02:21 am (UTC)(link)
Geeze, that long? How's somebody manage that. I never even finished high school.
bifroster: (sweep you off your feet?)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-03 06:50 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't know, I don't like the idea of sticking my hands into someone's gut to keep them alive. Give me math and science any day.

And really? Did something happen?

[Not that you always needed the stuff school taught. For all the education system bragged, it really skimped on practical things: loans, taxes, buying a house, etc.]
in_the_book: (I can explain...)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-04 01:07 am (UTC)(link)
Well... my adoptive father tried to kill me when I was sixteen, I ended up killing him...

[And got a training from hell from his Fairy Godmother beforehand]

Got put on trial by the White Council, and assigned an apprenticeship on a farm in Hog Hallow, Missouri. So yeah. Not a lot of time for school.

Got my GED a few years later, though. Nick insisted.
bifroster: (now that she's back)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-06 09:34 pm (UTC)(link)
[Whoa. That was something.

Jane is a little shocked, but ... ]

Wow. I can't imagine what it took ... I'm glad you're the one here, and not someone else.
in_the_book: (Depressed)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-07 01:49 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah. Not exactly fun. But the farm... well, it was a good place to get my head together. And my mentor there, Ebenezer... we've had our differences of late, but he's still one of the few people I truly respect.
bifroster: (a love like ours)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-07 06:14 am (UTC)(link)
[She nods.]

Yeah. It's good to have someone like that, no matter when they came into your life. Was the farm some place like what you have provided others? A place where people can learn how to use magic properly?
in_the_book: (Thinking)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-08 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah. Ebenezer really helped me get my head on straight. Justin... my adoptive father... he taught me a lot about magic, but not a lot about the moral implications behind it.

I'm the man I am today because of those years on the farm.
bifroster: (about the furthest constellations)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-11 05:08 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, a moral compass can be applied to just about everything.

[She has faced some black magic, willingly, to see what it was like and to truly understand it. That Regulus had been willing to indulge her spoke volumes for his control. Not that she ever thought she was in danger.]

Ebeneezer sounds like a really cool guy. Was he a wizard as well?
in_the_book: (Thinking)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-12 02:46 am (UTC)(link)
He is.

[Cool old guy... Well, Harry's feelings on his mentor are currently complicated, but evolving.]

Still is really. Guy's been around since before the French and Indian War and still going strong.
bifroster: (she listens like spring)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-15 01:56 am (UTC)(link)
[That makes Jane blink.]

... is he immortal somehow? It wouldn't be the first time I heard of such a thing!
in_the_book: (Laugh)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-15 02:03 am (UTC)(link)
Nah. Wizards are just really long lived. And Eb's not even the oldest wizard I know.
bifroster: (so he never did land)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-18 03:19 am (UTC)(link)
Really? So, even as cool as he is, Merlin probably isn't around?
in_the_book: (Smirk)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-19 01:44 am (UTC)(link)
Probably not. Though I've learned to never rule anything out.
bifroster: (sweep you off your feet?)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-24 02:41 am (UTC)(link)
[She hums.]

You never know when you might be ruling out the actual answer.
in_the_book: (Hmmm/Slightly amused)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-24 03:24 am (UTC)(link)
Wouldn't mind if he was. Like to meet him.
bifroster: (and that heaven is overrated?)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-28 05:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Same here, though I wonder which one we would meet. There could be a few hundred, given the multi-universe theory is apparently correct.
in_the_book: (Hmmm/Slightly amused)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-01-29 01:30 am (UTC)(link)
Hmm. I could go for the Sword in the Stone version, personally.
bifroster: (about the furthest constellations)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-01-31 05:20 pm (UTC)(link)
That would be great to see! I've always thought the ones from British literature were kind of over dramatic.
in_the_book: (I can explain...)

[personal profile] in_the_book 2017-02-01 12:35 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, never made it through some of that stuff. Liked The Once and Future King though.
bifroster: (about the furthest constellations)

[personal profile] bifroster 2017-02-04 12:01 am (UTC)(link)
I did too. The movie Disney did was interesting. I kind of wished they continued and did the whole book.

ooc; okay to fade here?

OOC: Sounds good!
