+1 ex-treasury secretary, polymath, pain in the ass, etc.
Sooooo uh hi y'all. I'm brand-spanking new here, and my name's Mandy! I come bearing one Alexander Hamilton, aka the guy in that one musical everyone's been raving about for the past two years or so. (Blame this on Rose. And various other people.) UH. He's a general pain-in-the-ass, knows a LOT about money and writing and law and -- a lot of other things, to be honest, including 'how to have an affair and then write a 95 page pamphlet about it and ruin your life', and also an expert in pissing off Thomas Jefferson and John Adams. Because who doesn't love doing that, am I right?
He's arriving from just after that famous duel (no, not the other two in the show, the one where he dies), and he will, obviously, be coming from being dead. So this should be fun to wake up to. Anyway, if you wanna add me on Plurk, expect lots of Hamiltonian and Disney and theater rambling, and I can be found over there at
tyriangalley ! Super excited to join in.

Hi, I'm Mary, and I play Fingon from Tolkien's The Silmarillion. We have a decent-sized elf community in these parts, many of whom have experience with a)being dead and b) self-destructive polymaths, so Hamilton's welcome so long as he doesn't set anything on fire.
Welcome to the game!

Hi! I kind of vaguely know the Silmarillion through rp, though I've never gotten through it myself. Ham will try not to set things on fire, but he makes no promises. Also no promises about duels.

All you really need to know about The Silm is: don't trust anything shiny, and everyone dies except Galadriel.
He'll fit right into the city, then.
Oh, yes: I'm on plurk at
