Welcome to the new and improved State of the City!
Environment
NPC Happenings
The NPCs have been seen lurking about the city more often recently - particularly Dil Blackwood, Gene Jecklin and Temper Vale. It wouldn't be wise to provoke them, but they do enjoy the occasional conversation, with the right partner.
Temper seems to have been feeling more mischievous than usual. This can either be a good thing, or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it.
City Happenings
Everything is back to the way it was after the city's sudden descent into the void. A lot of work has gone into setting everything right, so mind that you keep it clean and tidy. As for the island, well, exactly where or even when that was will remain a mystery, but who knows, perhaps the residents of the city will see it again one day.

New Characters and Players
We have two new characters this week, so please welcome the following:
Roberto (Suikoden Tierkreis) -not_a_tsundere
Jake English (Homestuck) -kringlefuck
We also have a new player in the game - a warm welcome to Fidgey, who will be playing Jake English! Thanks for joining us!
Dropped Characters
The following characters have been dropped, and have been sent home:
Captain America/Steve Rogers (Marvel Cinematic Universe) -defenderoffreedom
Current Events
The island event has been wrapped up, and everyone and everything is back in its proper place. How long what transpired there continues to affect the residents of the city, however, is for anyone to guess.
Upcoming Events
As of the moment there are no large events planned, but as ever we welcome player-run events! Please drop us a line with any ideas that you have via PM or on our plot submissions board. We do read and take consideration of every idea that we receive!
Miscellaneous

Finally, the bestiary has been updated with a few more creatures! Don't be shy about suggesting your own, we always welcome new ideas.
