[A group of seven? He'd been part of a group of seven--of sorts. But not a group that was working together. Part of him senses that this has little, if anything, to do with the Grail War. When he tries to call for Assassin, Assassin doesn't come. No one has tried to kill him yet, which wouldn't be the case if this was the doing of another Master. He doesn't sense any immediate danger.

Yet he doesn't enjoy being confined, either, and he certainly doesn't seem pleased.]

Powerful beings who can create a Bounded Field like this and draw people in... I wouldn't say that such entities are common. [Yet if they are capable of something like this, surely they can disguise their identities.] Our presence here must benefit them.

...I don't think Temper and I will like each other very much. [Meaning: if gets his hands upon the glitch, Temper is going down. Not that Devcon will be able to do so, but the satisfaction in trying would be sweet enough. He knows he's doomed when it comes to becoming a better "policeman", and seeing he's a bad Autobot, things might get messy. Or painful.]

Anybot thinking they can teach any other being a "lesson," is a 'bot in need of taking down. [And his vocals grow cold, not mean, just cold.] I've met the kind. I've suffered the kind. I don't think the words will come out right. I'm... is there a word for being bad at remembering the right word when you need it? [All of her speech is very slow, as if she's working carefully to say exactly the right things. And unlike a normal person, she doesn't make any sound while gathering her thoughts; she just pauses randomly, and stares at nothing.]

[Feli coos sadly, realizing that he has said something wrong, but unable to figure out how to fix the situation. There is nothing to do but keep going and hope she won't get more upset with him. He sighs, he hates awkward long silences, they are like torture.]

I don't know if there is a special word for it. Maybe there is, but I'm not good with words, either. I always say the wrong things or say I too much or say it at the wrong time.

[Little does he know he hasn't particularly said anything wrong, just a few disappointing things. And now he's said something that makes her eyes brighten a bit.]

Mm, me too. I wonder if there's a word for it that neither of us know. [Her eyes slowly slide to the side, a movement that's only noticeable if he's really paying close attention. And once again... silence.]

Are you an artist? [The seemingly random question definitely demands an answer; even though her eyes have dropped half-shut, she's watching him rather carefully. More that looking inside him, actually.]

[He frowns, pensive.] I imagine they utilize our energy, if nothing else.

[He turns toward the cathedral again. It was always in the Church that he found his allies, but more than that, it is to God that he looks for guidance.]

[He isn't paying such close attention as to notice the slide of her eyes, though he is paying quite close attention. Why, you could call it staring if you were inclined to do so, though he is trying his hardest not to stare. There is something... Well, there is just something odd about her arms. He gets closer, tilting his head to the side as he keeps trying to stare in the most stealthy manner possible. It's just a matter of time until he throws all feeble attempts at tact out of the window and just starts interrogating her.]

Ve? [Oh, nowhe had been so busy staring that he had forgotten to respond.] Oh, I'm sure there is a word for it! Germany would know, he's smart. Mister Austria would know it, too. I will ask him the next time I see him! He is a musician and he is very smart, too.

I'm a painter. [He giggles, enjoying his little insider joke.] A Renaissance painter!

[She shrugs passively. At least she's enough of a slacker to not know that those are countries.] We'll learn it some time along.

[She gains a lazy but genuine smile at this.] I'm a painter, too. Maybe it's just something that happens to artists after a while. [She tilts her head to the side.] What makes someone an artist, anyway?

[He coos gently as a matching smile tugs his lips upwards.] Ve... I wouldn't know... I'm not smart like that. I would rather think about why they say that a four-leaf clover is lucky or why kittens mew. But we can think about what makes someone an artist, too! Maybe we can find an answer together.

[While they are on the topic of questions, he just can't help himself anymore.] Why are you hiding your arms?

You give weirder answers than Sensei does. [This gains a bit of broadening in her smile, although the half-open eyes make her look a bit stoned like that.] Maybe artists are artists because they say funny things a lot.

[The question gains him a non-commital shrug, but no response. Maybe she's spacing out again. As is her voice sounds more like she's talking to herself than to him.]

[He pouts, he doesn't like being ignored, it is mean. Feliciano puffs up his cheeks and exhales slowly. His new friend is hard to talk to, just like Temper and Loki, though she isn't as mean as them. Why does he have to try to make friends with such difficult people? Well, persistence usually gets some response from Temper...]

Maybe they are! Or maybe artists are people who see the world with different eyes. They see things that other people don't notice because they are too busy rushing through their lives. They wouldn't notice the kitten or the clover at all. [A heartbeat of pause.] And you didn't tell me yet why your arms are weird.

It must be sad if you can't see things like kittens and clovers. [She pauses, and then waves her arm-stumps experimentally. An expression crosses her face that seems rather offended, although the term is used loosely.] It's not important. They're just not there.

[Oh wait, what's that? He stares at her sleeves, having forgotten all about his attempt to be discreet. They are suspiciously empty. Just flopping about in a way which doesn't look like she is hiding her hands in her sleeves, now that he thinks about it.]

You have no arms! [Whoops. So maybe such a loud, triumphant exclamation wasn't completely appropriate. Feliciano's cheeks turn pink.] How do you paint without hands?

[Her lazy smile returns. Brutal honesty is a good trait.]

I use my feet. [She says this as if it's completely obvious.] If you give me something to draw with, I can show you.
