The posters, yes. I did begin there. The answers were incomplete, unsatisfactory. [And he's not about to believe what he reads on a poster.]

Sariel is hardly that interesting of a name. [He takes pride in his name, but...
That aside though...;] Quite a few, I believe. Though I haven't concerned myself with an exact number.

It's not a name I've often heard outside of Biblical texts.
[It's an odd situation, people being brought to what seems to be an entirely different reality. A Reality Marble? Who--or what--could be responsible?]

To be rats in a maze is my favorite. [Only not really. In fact, for him it has been going from one prison to the next which really still just enrages him. There might be a level of freedom in this prison, but that doesn't make it any less of one.]
A group of seven, I've heard. Though I'm not entirely sure who they are.

I don't doubt you have more to base your conclusions on, at this point. [Having only just arrived, his information is limited.]
Is that what it's like, then? Are we the experimental animals?
[A group of seven? He'd been part of a group of seven--of sorts. But not a group that was working together. Part of him senses that this has little, if anything, to do with the Grail War. When he tries to call for Assassin, Assassin doesn't come. No one has tried to kill him yet, which wouldn't be the case if this was the doing of another Master. He doesn't sense any immediate danger.
Yet he doesn't enjoy being confined, either, and he certainly doesn't seem pleased.]
Powerful beings who can create a Bounded Field like this and draw people in... I wouldn't say that such entities are common. [Yet if they are capable of something like this, surely they can disguise their identities.] Our presence here must benefit them.

Not that he had been here long enough for any bad thing to happen to him personally, but that trip to the catacombs was one he could have done without. He's already frustrated enough. The people here should probably be happy that he was becoming good at reigning in his rage.
As for the mention of such entities being uncommon, he simply shrugs his shoulders. He's not the best person to judge on that all things considered.] Probably. Though it seems to have no rhyme nor reason most of the time.

[He turns toward the cathedral again. It was always in the Church that he found his allies, but more than that, it is to God that he looks for guidance.]

When the other looks toward the cathedral, he turns his attention that way as well.] I'm not aware of whether or not a priest is present, though belief in God seems to be somewhat limited here.
[There's Enoch of course- Sariel doesn't count him in this, the other Angels as well as his fellow Fallens don't count...
Other than that though? He's not heard anything at least. But then, he hasn't been paying much attention.]

[It strikes him as a little too convenient, so he doesn't sound particularly impressed or convinced. Yet he supposes it is possible. It would be preferable. The war, now that it's begun, will be of limited duration--how limited depends on all those involved. It will likely be weeks, but how many? Not long at all in the grander scheme of things.]
Those without faith are always numerous. I will have to see for myself, then. If there is not a priest now, there will be.
[Wherever he has gone in his life, he has striven to do God's will. Even though His will is not always clear, God does make Himself known in many ways.]
