Event -- Age up/down!

That's right, it's time for another event!

During Monday, March 11th, some the residents will start to feel a little strange. It won't be something they can put their fingers on, but at the stroke of midnight things will become clear. This prelude is completely optional even for those who will be affected by the rest of the event, but when the clock chimes, everyone who is opting in will face an age change.

From Tuesday, March 12th, there will be some new faces around the city - or, at least, they might look new, until you take a closer look. Some people are going to get younger, some will be older, and there'll no doubt be confusion all 'round!

You can be as creative as you like with how much you age your character up or down, and whether or not their mental state follows along with it. If you are ageing up, and wish your character to have been trapped in Ruby City for the number of years that you're adding on, that's absolutely fine, but please keep the mechanics of the city in mind if you are going to fabricate memories for them to fill that time period.

This event will run until the clock chimes midnight on the night of Friday, March 15, but feel free to backtag into the event if you miss it, or don't get to do everything that you might have wanted to.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: The consequences of any actions taken during this event are very real! When the residents return to their original ages at the event's end, they will also remember everything that they did while they were altered. If they do something stupid, they won't just be able to shrug it off and pretend they don't remember!

Would anyone like to plot with my characters? (Morrigan, book! Alice and Archie Hopper). I'm planning to age up Alice but I haven't decided what I'm going to do with the others. :|a
Edit: Nvm, figured something out!

Alice: is going to be aged up into her late teens/early adult. She'll have memories of living in the city, but her memories of going back to Wonderland will be faded. :T Expect her to be kind of prim.
Morrigan: Because of her species quirk, I'm just going with her aging backwards by 150 years mentally, which would put her right before she started learning how to control all of her abilities. Enjoy her random unintentional energy shots and flying. She'll also look younger, about mid-20s. This is going to be handled through descriptions though, I really don't feel like looking for a PB and playing in Photoshop.
Archie: He's going to stay the same. X3

He won't know his name beyond Prototype 0.

He will know of basic things in concept, but not application.

...Also it will be his first time being able to explore outside of the laboratory.

edit: A-T will be aged back down to her Eevee state, and Atmos will be a Togetic again!

OKAY SO. I'm not sure who'll I'll actually play during this event but I have some ideas so we'll just see what happens next week.

Dean will have the misfortune of being old. If anyone's seen that episode, you know what I'm talking about. At least he ages well. He'll have memories of having lived in Ruby City for another thirty years or so.

Grace will be a sassy teenager, end of story.

Bro is going to be aged down so he can be legit twins with Dirk. Only horrible things can come from this.

Gamzee will be all grown up and sober. Hopefully no one has a bad sense of humour.

Doctor Whale and Sheriff Stilinski will probably be unaffected. There's got to be some (semi-)responsible adults to look out for all the bitties and stitch up anything that happens from shenanigans.

Rose is getting aged down to 19, when she was a godawful goth-punk teenage rebel with piercings, streaked hair and a horrible sassbucket attitude.

Claudia isn't going to be affected. HOWEVER, she loves kids, so if anyone needs taking care of while they're a bitty, she's the gal for you!

Scott is going to be aged down to match whatever age Stiles will be. Someone find him an inhaler!! D:

Harry's involvement will depend on whatever the rest of the HP cast is doing. If they're all going to be bitties then he's going to be unaffected, and babysit them.

terezi is going to be aged up to around her 12? 13 sweeps old? idk, but she'll be a badass adult legislacerator that is sassy as hell. except we have no idea how homestuck will end but this can be something like a different timeline? we just don't know, but text terezi if you want some sassy lady ass.

for disciple, she'll be aged down back to before she meets dolorosa, signless and psiionic. she'll be a little wild rebellious kitty troll, but if you have patience and are a dope person, she'll cool down and be kind with you.

Okay so I'd love to plot some event shenanigans!
As far as plans for my characters, here goes:

Aradia will be aged up, so you get one (1) adult Megido to interact with! I promise she's not going to pull a Handmaid nor will she attempt to use clockwork majyyks on anyone. She'll have memories of having lived in the city for a few more sweeps.

Belle will most likely remain unaffected. She can help look after the kids if it's the case.

Alice will be aged down to around eight years of age, before the tragedy, so she'll remember Wonderland as it was before. She'll at least come off as considerably more mischievous and playful.

And I think that's it.

England: He's being aged down to a knee-high-to-a-grasshopper scrappy little bad-tempered infant nation and will look something like this.

Dirk: Dirk will just be getting a few years added on, putting him at 19/20 years old. Enough time for him to fill out and too much like Bro for anyone to be comfortable with.

Remus: This guy will be being aged down to around eleven years of age - after he started school, but before anyone knew he was a werewolf. He'll be very shy and quiet, and probably freak out that people know what he is. He will also probably really miss his mum and dad.

Enoch and Dolorosa will be staying the same, because they're both old enough that any less than drastic alteration in their ages won't really make much difference. xD But they will be available for childmind/grubsitting if necessary.

I only have Hong Kong to throw here. During the event he will be aged down. As a child he is a hard, honest worker with a friendly appearance. He also use to get piggyback rides from China... wheeee!

Alfred will remain completely unchanged, and is just going to wonder wtf is going on with people. Like seriously man. :V

As for Armaros another no-go. He's going to be the one trying to help people if they're confused though, if I tag him out. uvu

Grimmjow...I'm going to do something different with. In the context of his "aging down," since he is a Hollow, I am planning on reversing his state to an Adjuchas class Menos again, and as there are no Hollow souls to feed on, he's going to be a bit anxious and perhaps experience some identity problems near the end, due to the nature of the Adjuchas needing to eat fellow Hollows constantly to curb their hunger and the subsequent regression that it causes; Adjuchas will begin to lose their individuality and revert to Gillian-class hollows if they don't feed for long enough. HE'S NOT GOING TO. He'll just feel and act weird the last one or two days.

...Also he's going to look like a horse-sized panther-creature. [x] [x]. No worries, he can speak. He's just gonna be more of a jerk on the whole, and he'll have a harder time handling his watch.

Bitty Kaworu

Kaworu will only know his name by "Tabris" or "Number 01". He will be 5.

He will still look "kaworu"; smiling all the time, pretty cool with everything. But at this point he had close to no contact with human things (music, sky, sun, books, he knows none of it), but he is still highly philosophical and for his age, he is a goddamn genius (it means that he is still Tabirs, he just had less contact with everything).

His philosophy, however, is more like "If you are in pain you should be cool with dying, so you can erase your pain". He will also see you all as children with a child-like vision on everything. You are children who behave like children, you are broken and the best way to heal you is if you all would die.

He doesn't love you all, at this point, but he is very sympathetic with you. He is sorry for your pain and he thinks erasing you would erase your pain. It's very simple.

He will also be much more prone to use his powers.

SatW!Germany is going to remain as he is and be very confused.

Aristeo shall be a teenager. I'm thinking 15 years of age, which was his wildest time right before his marriage forced him to settle down. Expect him to be running wild, more of a brat than ever before, defiant to authority, lording his superiority over everyone and using his powers recklessly cuz screw the establishment.

North Italy will most likely be aged down to Chibitalia. There's a small chance I might age him up instead, though. Fake memories sound interesting, too.

Ishimaru will be aged up to 18, and will be imposing upon himself the duty of taking care of any stray toddler.

post-Scratch!Dave, I think, is getting aged down to 20. He'll be a lot angrier and a lot less of the retired badass we all know. At 20, he was still making his living by winning Mixed Martial Arts competitions and living over a dojo run by the sensei who saved him from an abusive foster family and helped him get emancipated at 16. He's not going to be starting fights all over the place but he's not going to recognize anyone in his family. He may hole himself up in the dojo all day.

Norman, I think, will probably stay the same age and help with the wrangling of children/errant teenagers.
