April Fools!!
Ah, April. The beauty of early springtime. The flowers, the butterflies, the birds. The warm spring breezes.
The... Sudden disappearance of one's entire wardrobe.
That's right, Ruby City. As of the early morning hours of Saturday, April 20, the residents will discover that they have been robbed in perhaps the most bizarre, embarrassing way possible; Every stitch of clothing they own, new or old, is simply... Gone.
But your captors are not as heartless as it might immediately seem, however. The stolen clothing has, at least in most cases(players' choice!), been replaced. Just... Not with anything that even approaches what one might term "appropriate." What they might find instead will run the full spectrum of the absurd; Everything from ball gowns to Halloween costumes, frilly lingerie or bathing suits, fluffy bathrobes or perhaps something taken straight from a renaissance faire... You decide!
A few "lucky" residents will also find that certain personal items have been taken from their homes without a trace, though these they might be lucky enough to find throughout the city if they go looking for them, hidden in unlikely places or even deposited by surprise in the home of someone else entirely... There's no way to tell for sure unless they look, though, is there?
At the event's conclusion, all stolen articles will be returned, complete with a note which simply states, "April Fools'!"
...Because doing these things on the day itself, of course, wouldn't have been a surprise.
This is a city-wide event, and will run until the early morning of Monday, April 22. Participation is of course entirely voluntary, but encouraged! Any questions, comments, or plotting can be directed to the "Comments" section of this entry.
Have fun!

Re: Plotting
Changing my mind, Axl's clothes are going to be replaced with Jam's and I-No's outfits for the sheer ridiculousness:

Aya doesn't wear clothes, but might wander around curiously to awkwardly console people.
Re: Plotting
Hiroshi's is probably going to be an RPG Maker reference, but exactly which one I'm not sure yet. Right now I'm weighing 3 options:
1.) Garry's getup. This one's mostly iffy since I know an Ib is planning on apping.
2.) An Uboa costume.
3.) Dressed up like the generic RPG Maker default hero.
Any preferences?

Methinks Aristeo ought to get some nice neon clothes to match his neon pink hair.
Germany... hm, an embarrassing costume maybe. I'm thinking one of these mascot costumes. Chicken anyone?

EDIT: general consensus on plurk states that clint should be in the catsuit and he feels ~*fabulous*~

Warren gets
a panic attackcolorful, friendly outfits that make him look approachable. He'll probably die.no subject
Seriously.
Feel free to mock him endlessly over it 8D

He'll be angry about his shades disappearing, but you know what, he's going to flaunt it. Suck on that, city, you're not going to get a rise out of him.
Norman is going to wake up to find
in his closet and he's going to scream loud enough that anyone in adjacent apartments will hear him quite clearly. Luckily for him, behind the terrifying chicken suit is
and cargo shorts, which is rude as hell but he can deal with.
