After nearly a year and a half here, this wasn't an easy decision to make. But I've already put it off longer than I should have. I've loved being in this game. I've loved the CR and the people. But this game has gone through so many changes over the past several months. It's grown and it's changed, and I haven't been able to change with it. So I think it's time to cut Helen loose.
I have a couple open threads still, and I'd love having opportunity to finish them before making my final exit. But if you'd rather let them drop, I completely understand.
After being bounced back and forth a couple of times, she prepared for this, even if she didn't really want it to happen. Arthur gets custody of her cat. Sorry, his name is still William. Make sure he goes to a good home. Also, she would have left a note somewhere it'd be easily found, just in case. Using material from the city in the hope it wouldn't vanish with her. Basically just how much his friendship has meant to her and a loving reminder to take good care of Alfred and Alice because he has a wonderful family and he should hold tight to that.
Okay. I think I'm done. I'm terrible at goodbyes.
Take care, Ruby City. It's been memorable.
