How it works:
1. Make a top level comment with your character(s)!
2. Reply to another person's top level comment (OOCly or ICly) with a question you want to ask of them! (this can be ANYTHING, CR, what they do off-screen, favourite food, etc)
3. Answer the questions you get asked and then ask a question back in return! (again, OOCly or ICly)
4. Rinse and repeat until one or both people get bored or run out of questions!
