Hello there, Ruby City! I'm the latest new meat. I go by Jessie, and I am bringing to you Blake Belladonna from Rooster Teeth's animated web series RWBY. From what I know, now everyone from Team RWBY has been in Ruby City at least once?

Anyway, she is from the end of episode 15, "The Stray." She's fairly antisocial and reserved, but there's a sardonic friend hiding in there. She's also pretty easily riled up in the face of prejudice.
