Hey everyone, Misa here with the Halloween event info post! Since this is going to be long, I've put most of it under a cut. Sign Ups will run from October 24 to the 26th. The event will officially kick off on October 27 and run through November 2. Backtagging is also heavily encouraged! With that out of the way, here's the info!

I'm really looking forward to running this event for you guys, and I hope you enjoy it! Please comment to the appropriate threads. Also since I'm posting this at late night for me (currently 1 AM), I will get to some questions before bed (in about an hour from when you see this) unasnwered questions will be answered later today.
