RC IC Citypedia?

frillianceSo, when new characters arrive in the city, they often see welcome posters in the train station and a list of places to stay.
However, I was wondering if there was anything like a pamplet or something listing things in detail like the list of dangerous locations to avoid or where to go if you need training, an IC list of stores and stuff or IC information that happens to you when you die, for example. However, I don't want to ignore information that is already there (since other people have worked so hard on it). So I'd like to know what information is already there and see if a lot of people can cobble some IC Citypedia thing together.
And before I do anything like that, I'd like to have some input and see if anybody has already gathered information and is ICly willing to share, etc. Because there is no point in doing something like an IC Citypedia if something similar already exists.
Er....yeah, so what are your thoughts guys? Agree or disagree? And are there any additional ideas you have?
