hello again ruby city, it's anne wrecking things with more blond italians. this is caesar zeppeli. he should regret all his life choices, but he does not, even the biggest and most monumentally stupid ones. he is from jjba (save me from myself) part two, battle tendency, immediately post episode 20. which means spoilers for people who haven't seen/read the arc - let me know if you'd like me to not do the spoiler thing.
