starlightforesightHey! My name is Kae and I'll be bringing in Blavat Sky from Black Butler. He's friendly, tells a scary accurate fortune, and miiight or might not run a cult that steals peoples' blood. Maybe. Probably not. I mean he's pretty, so I'm sure he's not shady at all.
In all seriousness though so far in the series his fortunes/knowledge of people is always accurate and I eventually might try to find a way to get him doing some fortunetelling in-game. Until then also know that he can kind of sense/spot non-humans, but obviously I don't want this to get to a god-modding level so if your character might interact with him in person and there's a reason you don't want him noticing the non-humany bit, just hmu and we can talk! Considering how we don't at all know his actual deal yet in the manga I'm super flexible.
