G'day, Ruby City! It's time for a meme for both testdrivers and denizens.
Been itching to test out some CR but haven't had the posts to do it? Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?

[ 'HUNG OUT A LOT' must be code for she completely saved you in court on at least two occasions. ] We hung out, investigated, went to court, looked at dead people... it was fun!

*He sighs. He wonders how much the kid knows about his legal history. Time to find out.*

[That all sounded good until the panties part. He had a look of dread when she said she's been telling people about his second case.] Not the panties again. That's one detail you didn't need to go telling everyone about!

[Oh god, and then there's Mr. Wright who's not even from their point.] I-It's not what you think, sir. They're magic panties she uses in her magic acts and they were involved in a murder case I was working on. Sort of.

[...] (That doesn't sound any better either. Why did she have to mention those stupid panties!?)

Yea, a whole lot of fun for you. [You see that disgruntled look on Apollo's face, Trucy? That is a face of someone who doesn't think dealing with crimes is fun and games.]

[After a sigh, he considers Wright's response to his question about his last case.]

That case happened in February of 2019, right? The victim was Elise Deauxnim and the defendant was a woman name Iris. You managed to prove her innocent in the end though and found the culprit was actually Prosecutor Godot. I remember watching the videos and being surprised to see Mr. Edgeworth on the defense bench on the first day! I mean, I thought he was a prosecutor. [As he recalls the case, he felt himself getting a little excited. He felt like he was a student again, studying law, and watching court footage in awe when Mr. Wright managed to turn everything around again and again in nearly all of his trials. ]

(...I'm really talking to the Phoenix Wright, aren't I? Keep it cool, Justice. It's still just Mr. Wright, right?) So if that was the last case you handled, that means it was only a few months before you...uh, I mean that's tells me enough how far back you are.

(Let's bring up how you lost your badge. I'm off to a great start already.)

[Another train passes by, reminding Apollo of where they were again.] Maybe we can continue this elsewhere? I'd like to know more about Ruby City since it looks like I'm not going anywhere for a while...

But Polly, you were amazing! You found my panties, and Little Plum's panties... it's practically like a second job for you! Ah, but yeah... my magic panties got stolen and Apollo was amazing and found them! You should have seen him waving them around in court!

[ Despite the horror Apollo must be feeling, Trucy looks rather proud of herself. She's practically glowing. ]

Even Mr. Gavin seemed impressed by the way you just kept pulling them out of your pockets!

[ She's quiet, listening to the conversation at hand... up until that last bit. ]

Ooh, ooh! We should all go to the cafe, we can at least sit down there!

*Phoenix is increasingly finding it harder to hold back his own laughter.*

Ah ha ha... Trucy, sweetie, maybe we should discuss... pff ha ha... this in a little more detail LATER.

*He listens to Apollo's summary with increasing disbelief.*

[He WATCHED the videos? What am I, some sort of celebrity? I can't help but feel a little embarrassed...]

*He DOES catch that little slip though.*

Oh no no, go on and finish what you were going to say there. Something about me losing my badge and leaving the profession in disgrace, I'm guessing?

... [Apollo can feel himself sweating bullets. That was it. Trucy has done it again and made things 100x worse for Apollo.] (All right, you can wake me up anytime now from this nightmare or just bury me dead already.)

[To make matters worse, Mr. Wright caught his little slip-up] Oh! Well I--....I guess you were told about that then. [This is going real smoothly] Maybe I should have asked how much you know about our time first.

[ She's quiet again as she listens to the two converse, glancing between them as they speak. It's obvious that she's pretty excited to have them both here, it's... definitely the happiest she's been in a long while.

The little slip up has her head tilting, and then she shakes her head, sliding away from Apollo's side to cling back onto her father's arm instead. She's cool with alternating, man. ]

Oh, daddy... I told you, we fixed that! You and Polly did most of the work, and Polly was amazing with the way he carried everything out.

*He waves it off a little.*

Sure, sure. Just couldn't resist giving him a bit of a hard time about it for some reason. Still, I guess we'd better fill him in on some of the specifics of this place. It's... definitely not a normal place.

[For some--] (I feel my hopes of talking to a decent Mr. Wright dwindling already.)

Ok, I guess Trucy answered that. [And then with a sigh.] So then, what else am I going to be dealing with in this city?

[ How... is there really any GOOD way to try and explain this? ]
